Unpredictable (5sos fanfic)

Chapter one

"Haley, are you ready? Katie is outside waiting." my mom yelled to me from downstairs.

"Yeah one second." I replied as I grabbed my suitcase of stuff and ran down stairs.

I heard a honk outside so I gave my mom a kiss on the cheek and sprinted out the front door. Then I put my suitcase full of stuff in the trunk of Katie's car and hopped in the passenger's seat.

"What took you so long?" asked Katie.

"I forgot to pack ahead of time." I replied to her.

"Why didn't you pack earlier?" She asked.

"I don't know. Busy I guess."

"Whatever." Katie said as she began to drive the car away, and I waved to my mom watching out the kitchen window.

"Can we get something to eat cause I didn't have time to eat?" I asked Looking at her.

"What. Why didn't you eat?" She turned and looked at me.

"Pay attention to the road!" I yelled at her then laughed.

"I seriously hate you." She swung her arm and hit my leg.

"Thats a lie you love me."

"True true." She smiled and I let out a little laugh.

"So where are we on this food situation?" I asked while putting my feet up on the dashboard.

"What do you want?"

"McDonalds fam."

She sighed in disgust. "Fine."

I cheered then when to look through Katie's CDs. I flipped through them reading the titles to myself. 5sos, Justin Bieber, One Direction, One Direction, Favs, baes, hubbies, and the last one was High School Musical.

"Whats hubbies?"

"A CD with my favorite songs from 5sos, 1D, and JB."

"Ohhhh." Knowing Katie I should've just figured.

"Wait then whats baes?" I asked holding up the CD labeled "baes".

"Thats my favorite Little Mix songs and a few other songs I can't remember all if it. Put in 5sos would ya bitte." I can't believe she remembered bitte. Bitte is how we used to say please when we were younger. I forgot we used to say that all the time. I slid in the disk and turned on Unpredictable.

"SHE SITS AT HOME WITH THE LIGHTS OUT SEEING LIFE IN DIFFERENT COLORS I THINK ITS TIME THAT WE WAKE UP SO LET ME TAKE YOU AWAY WE CAN RUN DOWN THE STREET WITH THE STARS IN OUR EYES WE CAN TEAR DOWN THIS TOWN IN THE DARK OF THE NIGHT JUST OPEN THE DOOR WE'VE GOT TIME ON OUR SIDE WE CAN MAKE IT OUT ALIVE HEY WE'RE TAKING ON THE WORLD I'LL TAKE YOU WHERE YOU WANNA GO PICK YOU UP IF YOU FALL TO PIECES LET ME BE THE ONE TO SAVE YOU BREAK THE PLANS WE HAD BEFORE LET'S BE UNPREDICTABLE!!!" We scream sang terribly, but still sang to the whole song then let the rest of the songs on their few songs play in the background.

We pulled up to the campus or our new "home". She parked and we got out and grabbed our suitcases out of her car and then we checked in and got our dorm key from the welcome desk. Our room number was 102. Katie and I went to find our room. We got to a hall way and say room numbers 150, 152, 154.

"Well this is the wrong way." I said bumping my suitcase into the wall.

"Yeah. It has to be the other direction." We turned around and walked down a ton of halls but finally found our room. I turned the key and opened the door. Then Katie and I shuffled in with all our stuff we had with us and started to plan where all our stuff is going to go.

"So you get this side of the room and I get this side. How does that sound?" Katie asked.

"Sounds good." I replied.

After we sort of planned out the room setup, we went to get food since we never stopped earlier, but guess who we see as we walk out of our room. Luke Hemmings and Calum Hood come out of one door and to the dorm room next to them walks out Michael Clifford and Ashton Irwin.

Luke began, "Hi. So it looks like we are dorm neighbors. What's your guys' names?"

I replied "My name is Haley."

Katie on the other hand was star struck and struggled to replied to Luke "I-I'm Katie."

"Cool. Well I'm Luke, and that's Ashton, Michael, and Calum." he continued as he pointed to the guys. I already knew who they were of course. Katie originally showed them to me in 2011. I don't even know how she heard of them since they're not a huge band at all. 

"So how do you like this place so far?" Michael asked.

"It's alright I guess. We just spent 20 minutes trying to fine our room" I replied.

Suddenly Calum's phone began to ring. Then he walked a few steps away and began to argue with the phone.

"He is dating this crazy chick named Bri and they are sort of on and off dating." Luke blurted.

Soon Calum came back over by us after talking to Bri."Sorry it was Bri." he spoke.

"We thought so. Dude just dump her already!" exclaimed Michael.

"No, I love her." argued Calum.

"Whatever." Michael spoke in an annoyed way.

"So what are your guys' classes?" Luke asked Katie and I.

"Here look." I said handing Luke our sheets of paper.

"Hey you, Katie, me and Ashton have math together. I think Calum and Katie have science together. I am pretty sure Michael, Ashton and you have history together. Then we all have lunch and communications together." said Luke as he handed our schedules back to us.

"Well we gotta go." Luke told us.

"Okay. See you guys later." I replied.

"Bye." said Katie as they walked away.

"Omg Haley! They talked to us!" she said in shock.

"Yeah so?" I asked. I was confused on what the big deal was. I mean yeah they're good but they're normal people.

"They are so amazing and talented and now we know them! This is the best day ever!" Katie screamed.
