I went to Luke's contact information on my phone. Then I went to change his contact name from "Luke" to "Lucas". Then my phone buzzed again and I turned to look at Katie. She was on her phone texting and smiling. Then I directed my attention back to my phone and I clicked on the text from Luke.
From Lucas: Cuz its fun
To Lucas: Ugh... well I changed your contact name from Luke to Lucas
From Lucas: Well I changed yours from Haley to Lynn
To Lucas: NOOOOO!!!!!
From Lucas: Lol
To Lucas: R u still on the tour bus?
From Lucas: Nah I'm in at a hotel in Canada
To Lucas: Y
From Lucas: Cuz we have some shows to do there
To Lucas: No duh... wow I'm stupid
From Lucas: No u aren't, you're smarter than me
To Lucas: I guess lol but u have to agree that I can have my blond moments every now and then
From Lucas: Yeah well I g2g byyyeeeee!!!!!
To Lucas: Byeeeeeeeeee
I set my phone down and I went over to see what Katie was doing. She was on her phone texting with Ashton. I sighed and picked up my phone again. Then I went and texted Luke.
To Lucas: Tell Ashton to stop texting Katie cuz she isn't talking to me and I'm really bored at her house
I stared at the texts waiting for Luke to reply. After a few minutes he started typing.
From Lucas: Fine I'll tell ash to stop
To Lucas: kk thxs
After about two minutes Katie set her phone down and she asked me, "What do you want to do?"
"I don't know. Do you have any ideas?" I replied.
"Oh my god I have the best idea!" She exclaimed. "We should prank call people." She continued.
"Yes!" I replied in excitement.
"Okay who should we prank call?" She asked me.
"How about someone in one of our contacts." I suggested.
"Sure. Go to your contacts and read them to me, so we can pick a person to call first." She declared.
"I'm just going to read ones that we could call, because we aren't going to prank anyone in my family or yours." I began. "Ash, Bri. Wait since when did I have her number. Katie, how about one of the One Direction boys!" I cheered.
"Oh my god, yes!" She exclaimed.
"Ok so I'll pick one of the boys, and you can dial the number on your phone." I said as she got out her phone, and I got out mine.
"Ok. Who do you want to call?" She asked.
"Here let's call Niall." I insisted.
I began to tell her the number, but right when I was about to press the call button Luke called me. Then I answered the phone.
"Hey." I began.
"Hey. You and Katie have to go outside right now!" He exclaimed.
"Why?" I asked him.
"There is this really pretty star you have to see it." He continued.
I let out a small laugh. "I'm not going outside Luke."
"Why not?" He asked.
"Well it's cold and dark and I look like crap because I'm in my pajamas." I complained.
"Please. You have to look at this star it's huge and beautiful." he begged.
I sighed and turned to Katie. "Get on some shoes and a sweatshirt." I told her.
"Why?" She asked.
"Luke said there is some star that we have to see." I replied.
"Fine." she said as we both slid on our shoes, and looked for a sweatshirt. I found the sweatshirt that I had stolen from Luke a while ago.
I set my phone down for a second as I put on the sweatshirt, and put my hair up in a messy bun. "Ok one second." I spoke into the phone as I grabbed it.
Katie and I walked outside. "Ok, Lucas where is this star?" I asked him.
"Just look for the prettiest star." he replied.
"I'm looking and I can't find it." I told him as I started shaking from the cold.
All of a sudden a taxi cab came and stopped in front of Katie and I. The doors opened, and Ashton and Luke walked out of the car.
Then the car drove off, and Katie and Ashton went to go hug each other. I hung up the phone and went to hug Luke. He picked me up and spun me around in a circle.
"So where is this star?" I asked him.
"I don't know." he replied with a smirk.
"So, you made me come outside for nothing." I complained.
"Yup." he said with a small laugh.
We all walked back into Katie's house. Her parents were sitting watching "Finding Nemo" with Katie's little sister Ava. Then the four of us walked upstairs and to Katie's room.
"Hey you're wearing my sweatshirt." Luke cheered at me.
"Yeah, so." I replied.
"Never mind." he continued.
"I thought you were in Canada." I added.
"Yeah, I lied about that." admitted Luke.
