As the months go by (three months tbh) (Y/N) never felt so lonely in her life. Of course her handler, chara (get the reference?)did talk to her once in a while but that was only when she had quests.....

I sat down on my bed and sighed while petting my palico,(P/N), "is everything ok meowster?" (P/N) chirped (He/she) looked up at me with (her/his) Adorable (Pe/c) (palico eye colored) eyes.I was silent for a moment until I picked (P/N) up and set (him/her) on my lap, "I'm ok"I replied."No you're not meowster,you seem sad"(he/she) mewed,just then, my handler,chara, bolted into the room and startled (P/N),making (him/her) jump and fall off the bed.
"(Y/N) you have to go kill an anjanath, I'm so hyped! We're going to capture zorah magdaros!"chara said excitingly. "Wait,what?" I said, obviously confused.
"You have to hunt an anjanath" chara sighed.i quickly got up and grabed my tobi-kadachi matched slicers, and put on my armor. I looked at chara she looked at me and shrugged,"better hurry" she said, I motioned (P/N) to follow.
