Maria is a Sixteen girl, who just died of Cancer. She gets reicarnated. Mikoto is pregnant and gose into labor. Mikoto dosen't know she's having twins. The first baby that's born is called Sasuke, But The second baby is having trouble being delivered, then Maria is reborn as Sasuke's twin she is not breathing. The Healers manages to get her breathing and put her on a ventilator to help her breath It turns out she's got a problem with her heart and has to have operations every few years.

Mikoto names her Hikari, Hikari is shy and quiet, she dosen't remember her other life, but she does dream about it. Her brothers are dead protective of her, but when she is eight she is staying a few nights in the hospital for another operation on her heart, that is when Itachi killed his clan, after Sasuke's clan gets killed he becomes more protective of Hikari, when Tsunade becomes the 5th Hokage she managed to do an operation on Hikari that fixed her heart, when Hikari is in the hospital recovering from her operation that is when Sasuke gose to Orochimaru he leaves Hikari behind cause he dosen't want her near Orochimaru, even though he still gose to him cause he wants to get powerful enough to protect Hikari.

Hikari becomes friends with Shikaharmaru during her time at the academy and plays shogi with Shikaharmaru. Her elemental types are fire and wind, she learns some medical jutsu and some basic fuijutsu.

During the time sikp Hikari becomes a master of fuijutsu and puts seals on herself that are weights to help her move faster like Rock Lee and she becomes better at medical jutsu. Also she learns to use a katana for her wind type to go thought it and she learns the summoning jutsu and her sommon is the panther.
