Chapter 14

Amelia.....

I woke up with a smile on my face, last night was the first time I mark my mate and we made love after that. It was perfect.......I can feel his emotions and he is so happy. He held me tight against him while he sleeps, so I started squirming to wake him up and I heard him chuckle, "I know what you're doing," he growled at me then pushed me back, and we went at it again. I can never get tired of this when he pulled back from kissing.............I look into his beautiful eyes then said, "I love you so much Noah, and I know you don't know me as well to say that back to me. Being a wolf we love right away," then he cut me off.

"You're wrong about that I don't know what it is and even though I'm not a wolf I'm already in love with you," he went back to kissing me again and we made love again.

We were on our way back to my house, but first he wanted to stop by Gabby shop to make sure everything is okay there. As we were driving I see a cloud of black smoke..... "Noah check that out," I told him. "I know I see that......I wonder what's on fire over there," Noah said.

As we were getting closer to Gabby shop, "I have a bad feeling Amelia," Noah said nervously and as soon as we turned the corner Gabby garage was burning down, then there was a big explosion. Noah stops the truck and we both got out.

I quickly dial my dad number.....

"Dad were you guys at?" I asked worriedly.

"We are just getting into town, why?" he asked me back.

"Get to Gabby shop now.......it's.....it's..." he cut me off.

"Amelia why do I hear sirens?" he asked again.

"Dad......Gabby shop is on fire," I said sadly.

"We are on our way," he said and hung up.

Gabby.......

When we got to the shop everything was gone I just stood there staring at the shop......a shop that my dad and mom created together. This was a family business and now it's all gone, my emotions were going crazy I was angry, but I was sadder because this was the only thing left I had of my parents. Memories of us all being here.......my dad showing me how to work on cars. My brother in his play pin, it was set up in the office when my mother would come in and do some paperwork. Then there was Mr. Johnson always playing with me or my brother when we were babies. I can't believe it nothing but ashes everywhere, then a man from the fire department came walking up to us.

"Excuse me I am the Fire Inspector Diaz, this is going to take a few days but once we know the cause of the fire we will notify you as soon as possible," he said to Hector.

"Here is my address and she is the owner," Hector pointed to me.

The Fire Inspector nodded then left. "Come on let's go home," Jordan whispered to me.

We all got back into the car Amelia and Noah were following us.........Hector, Linda, and Carlos were in the front. Jordan and I were behind them, and Ike is with his mate behind us. Ike convince Lily to move in with him for now at his parents' house and of course, it was okay with Hector and Linda they want to have their family stay close and live in the same roof.

My brother laid his head on Lindas shoulder, "my parents shop is all gone," Linda wrap her arms around him to comfort.
