Chapter 16

Gabby.....

It's been 2 months and we still haven't seen or heard from Cody. We all still have our guards up, because we don't want anyone else to die.

We started rebuilding the garage the insurance came through with the money, so Carlos and I just put it all into the garage. We are also upgrading some of the equipment and making the garage bigger. The equipment my dad had was outdated but if he were alive today he would have updated this garage a long time ago.

We lost our bikes, but that is okay we pretty much can replace everything we lost. Jordan and I are always together.......he's been helping me with the garage. He told me that he will work with me in helping rebuilding the place and work here at the garage.

I didn't see anything wrong with that because this is a family business, and he can do the paper work while Carlos and I work on the cars or bikes.

Jordan and I, well our relationship is going good. I mean real good..........we mated he mark me as I did him.

I finished high school I didn't do the whole graduation ceremony I just celebrated with my family here. Carlos is deciding whether or not to go back to school or be home school. He wants to see how summer goes, right now Hector and Ike are training him how to fight in wolf form. Well they are training both of us in wolf form, except Amelia and Linda.

Amelia still cries at night for Noah, but in her sleep. Carlos is always there comforting her and supporting her in every way he can.

Carlos and I went for a run today by ourselves we are going to scan the area to see if Cody been around and I wanted to ask him about Amelia. We both came up to a stream and we drank some water then we relax for a bit.

"Carlos are you starting to have feeling for Amelia?"

"I don't know....I mean I do love her I really do and that baby. I don't want her to go through this alone. She told me that she was in love with me and I believed her, but when Noah came into her life all she thought of was Noah, even when we kissed she moan Noah name not mine," my mouth hung open. "What! When did this happen?" I asked shocking.

"When they found me and brought me back to the motel. Amelia and I were alone while Linda went to get me some food. She confesses that she was in love with me and we kissed. She was enjoying it so much that she moan Noah name, so I knew there and then that she was in love with Noah."

"You're thinking about the kiss huh?" I asked again.

"Yea.........I was kind of happy that she was in love with me, but again I couldn't do that to Noah and even though he wasn't a wolf that was her mate. I had to push her towards him......I would think she would of done the same thing for me if I found my mate. Plus what if I find my mate I mean what if Amelia and I were together and I found my mate, then what? Leave Amelia and the baby like that........I can't that is why I don't know," he whined in wolf form.

"Um....Carlos I think that changes once you mark each other, but I don't really know for sure. You might want to talk to Hector about it he knows more about this stuff," he turned his head towards me and nodded. "Come on let's go home breakfast should be done." We both got up and started running home when we both heard a gun go off.

Jordan.....

I was in the kitchen with my family eating breakfast. Gabriella just told me through our bond that they are on their way back to the house.

Amelia screamed and we all look at her scared.

"What's wrong Amelia?" Mom asked worried.

Amelia lifted her head up with a smile on her face looking at all of us, "the baby......just.....kick me," she had a huge smile on her face with tears in her eyes.
