Maddy's POV.
When it was finally time to set off , it was picth black. The only light we had was the full moon. When Jana finally caught his scent it felt like we had been walking for a whole week. We followed it all the way to a river. Where his scent vanished .
There was no paw prints to follow, so all we could do was abandon the mission . So we turned around and headed back to camp . We were on our way back when we heard a loud , high-pitched howl . We looked around only to see nothing , but inky blackness . So we got back to camp as fast as we could .When we got back , the camp was tore to shreds and there was something else that made them all go down in tears , even me.
