As we headed into the house, I tossed my bags down and sighed heavily. "Everyone except Mariana and Callie can go upstairs." Stef replied, as she eyed Jude and Jesus, making sure they obeyed. "What the hell were you thinking Callie?" They both questioned, anxiously awaiting an answer. "I guess, I thought Mariana would've been fine alone, but now I know that I was very wrong." I replied, swallowing thickly.
I could sense Lena's eyes were glued on my arms. "And you missy, are not going outside for a long, long time." Stef said, staring at Mariana. "I understand." She answered before heading upstairs. "Callie. Why?" She questioned, bringing my arms up towards her legs. "It's a long story. I'd tell you sometime, but not now." I replied, swallowing thickly before heading upstairs myself.
"So, I guess you're stuck in here for awhile, huh?" I muttered as I laid back onto my bed. "I wanted to apologize for my actions today. They were ridiculous and I'm glad you're home safe, Mariana." "Thanks, I am too... I guess." She sighed before making her way into the bathroom.
I curled up into the covers and fell into a deep sleep. Dreaming of whatever came to mind, mostly Demi, but partly prison life too.
