"Happy Birthday to you!",that is what I heard at 10:00 in the morning! I woke up to a sound of my whole family gathered around my bed saying happy birthday. I wasn't disappointed or mad I was so tired I wanted to tell them to leave me alone. Instead I sat up in my bed and blew the candles out of my pancake. I gotten dressed for the big day with a High low dress and some Brown flats.
I went to the kitchen to tell everyone good bye and went to the bus stop to go to Angie's house. She was my best friend who of course loved me as a sister! Your probably thinking," What is a thirteen year old going on the bus for,BY HERSELF?" Well my father drives the bus so I go on it to see my neighbor friends and of course shopping! We stopped at Angie's street and my father Steve waved a goodbye and said Happy Birthday! I walked down and when I did I noticed a buggy going down the street. I was so facinated by Amish people I stared through their window. They go bye in a quick second,I ran down to Angie's house and she was sitting on the porch. Angie was tall for her age you could say about 7,8,pretty tall right she had orange hair like Cyndi Lauper and she wore very expensive clothing. Her favorite brand was Banana Republic! As I sat down next to her she said she was going to be on vacation for about four weeks. I screamed in my mind! " Why now of all days! I mean it is my birthday week and she is going g to miss it! Who is going to throw the birthday week?? So many questions roamed my head until Angie pinched me. Ouch! What was that for? That is for you to listen! Okay. I have a question Angie told me. Yes I asked? When I get back will you be mad? No I replied okay then!! Love ya bestie I have to go pack up. Ok as I slumped in my chair. I walked back home thinking. What will it be without Angie? Who will I talk to? How am I going to live? So many questions being asked but no answers. I finally got home to a lunch feast. Wings with Pepperoni Pizza and Coke with it! I was so excited to eat! After eating lunch I went to the park with my sister. The park was behind our house in the neighbor hood so I could just walk there. When we got there I had seen nobody there and Zoe wanted to go home. We walked home when a buggie full of Amish teenagers passed and Zoe pointed at the and said, "Who are they?"
I turned to her and put her finger down and said no pointing! We got home to a table filled with present and my family standing behind them. I opened the gifts and we ate dinner. I told everyone goodnight before going to my room. When I got to my room I turned my phone on and texted Angie.Me: Hey!
Angie: Hi.
Me: what are you up too?
Angie: I'm in bed studying for the exam Friday.
Me: Okay well study hard!👊
Angie: Laugh out Loud! Thanks! Talk to you later!
Me: Goodnight!🌙
