Semblance: Atomic Blast, It takes a second to charge but sends out a powerful blast

Backstory: Max was orphan on the streets, never had anyone who loved him, He taught himself to Lie, Cheat and Steal, That was until he got a call from a cellphone he stole, he answered it and A mysterious voice who called herself Juno told him to spy on two students in Beacon, He declined at first until he heard he would get 5,000 Lien for it he accepted and then hid in a bush they found him and tackled him and brought him to Ozpin, he let him stay in Beacon but the guys who he spied on had to teach me stuff, they introduced themselves as Jake Mcguinness and Tej Daman they treated Max like a brother and the story continues...
