The morning

I woke up with a smile on my face.

A flash back of last night.

I looked over and brad wasn't there.

I shot out of the bed and threw on my tank top I was wearing last night and kept the shorts on.

I ran down the hall way and tripped on his dog laying in the hallway and fell down the stairs.

I heard the dog " Charlie the saint benard" run after me down the stairs.

Charlie looked at me licked my face and ran to the kitchen!

" help..." I whispered trying to stand up.

But I failed and fell back down.

Brad ran out of the kitchen and slid down to me.

" Wht... wht happened??" he said grabbing my hand.

" I..I... tripped over...ch..arlie...and fell down...the stairs..." I said breathing heavily.  

" om my god..!! Do u need to go to the hospital?!?!?!?!" he said worried.

" no.." I said trying to sound brave.

He grabbed my hand and led me to the bathroom.

He opened the cabnet door and grabbed band-aids and rubbing achoul.

" This will sting " he said appling the achoul to my cut on my leg.

" I'm used to it" I said under my breath.

" What??" he said grabbing my wrists.

I thought I said it quiet enough!!

" Wht u mean ur used to it?? he yelled looking down at my wrists. His eyes opened wide and gapped at my arms.

" I...I.." I said trying to explain.

" Babe ... why??"he said sitting against the door. I jumped off the counter and ran to his room and locked myself in his room.

"Charlie get off brads bed" I said crying.

Charlie just looked at me and laid next to me as I sat on the bed.

" oh charlie!!" I said sobbing into the side of his chubby neck.

I clung tight to the dog as if I was going to fall.

" knock knock"

" Jade, please open the door u can't stay in there forever. I still have questions and u need to eat!! U haven't ate'n since yesturday in the hospital." he said worried.

" I don't care go away." I yelled throwing one of the pillows at the door.

Charlie thought it was a toy and he jumped off the bed and ran to the pillow.

" ruff" barked charlie.

" shhhhh.... charlie" I whispered.

" Jade, seriously why is my dog in there" he said banging his fists on the door.

" have it ur way I'm going to go get the key!!"

I heard him walking away.

I quickly grabbed my stuff and kissed charlie goodbye.

" Goodbye Charlie be a good boy for me!" I said petting his head.

Charlie gave me a kiss and I walked to the window.

I jumped out the window not remebering I'm on the 2nd floor.

I landed in a bush and jumped out and brushed off my clothes.

I ran into the woods by his house and climbed a tree.

I could perfectly see the kitchen window and his bedroom window.

I saw him lenning on the counter with his head in his hands .

He grabbed the key and headed up the stairs.

I giggled. wiping away my last tear.

I heard charlie bark and saw Brad run to the window.

He looked out the window and saw something on the ground...
