Keith was born into this. He faught for his life the second he turned five. He learned that "No life should be important to you".
He was eventually orphaned and someone noticed a small child fighting full grown adults, and was close to winning.
They helped the Young Keith and they both excaped to another city, the City stopped the War, but Keith Couldn't shake the thoughts of the past. Keith got sent to an Orphanage.
Keith at age 9 got adopted by Shiro and Adam. They were a happy family. Keyword, Were. Keith at age 17, had to deal with Shiro and Adam getting sick. Adam already died, and Shiro was dying.
Keith didn't know what to do. They were the only people he cared for. He held it all in. Using Art as his Outlet, hoping to raise money for proper medication for Shiro, all while he had to school work.
Stress was getting to him, and he cut off any relationships at school, causing him to be called the Emo and Loner.
Keith, trying to handle everything mainly on the inside, had more added on for Assholes decided to bully him for having no friends.
He didn't know what to do, so one day he broke down crying during the normal bullying.
