The dark abyss encircles me...I breathe in the fumes as it suffocates me. I try to escape its long-reaching arm but end up just running into it. Both sides they come at me long dagger-like weapons in each hand all aimed for kill spots. I turn in circles ready to try and deflect anything, but no one could ever dodge this many attacks at once. They flooded me, taking my body first. I became paralyzed as it wrapped up my body and began to strangle my neck. I let out a silent scream. everything turned dark. I began the free fall, the world around me was existent but I could tell it was also imaginary. A ground of ash was below me coming closer and closer. The sky was orange as the sun set below the horizon. The sun was not nearly as bright as that of the world I once dwelled in The world was quiet, the ground untouched. time seemed to slow as wind collided with my body. When I collided with the ground the sun finally was gone and high in the sky a single star twinkled. I laid there on my back looking at the darkness.
The void finally took me.
For days I was alone, I walked the face of this world finding nothing.
I sat
I watched
I waited
I walked
I screamed
I cried
I laughed
I made friends
with no one
I found an empty cabin.
I slept in the bed and when I awoke the small hay bed was now a king sized bed the cabin now a castle. Me still me.
I walked out and saw that the world was just as it was. the only thing that changed was this cabin.
Time passed
I never aged
No clocks said the time changed but the sun rose and the sun set. no other stars showed their face, the moon was never here he hid his face from me. The sun held his tongue, and when I attempted to speak to him his light would die and I would not see him for days.
I was taken by the void. Now I am shunned by the void.
If blood flowed through my veins I could not tell, as my arms turned a shade of purple a time ago.
I sat
I watched
I waited
I walked
I screamed
I cried
I laughed
It took time for him to come I noticed one night a new star twinkled in the sky, the next morning I found him lying there. He was my age, I touched his skin his warmth faded as my fingers caressed his arm. He opened his eyes and Looked at me.
"Welcome to the void" I spoke ever so softly choking on the words, knowing another pair of ears were hearing my words caused me such an indescribable emotion. He frowned and sat up.
He was taken by the void.

Our void became theirs
People came, soon the stars filled the sky. Grass grew and water flooded. I was the ruler he was at my side. I was the first to this void and would not be the last, we built this world and we will continue now that we have more hands to work, to live this new life.
Welcome to the void
This is the place where you are lost to others but found by me.
You can not leave because the way is still hidden, you will grow to find that you don't want to. Here greed is something of the past, death is a thing we do not fear.
You are now taken by the void.
