Chenguang rarely got time to phone her parents back in china. Their schedule was hectic and normally she spent her time running around after the thirteen boys she lived with therefore, making it difficult to have any time to herself yet alone to call her parents. To say she was homesick was an understatement. But she still had yet to find free time.
The evening had gone to plan them having finished practice for the evening and the whole group having eaten together. Though as per usual the twelve youngest boys had rushed off after eating to go and relax in their bedrooms. This left her having to clean up the mess the group of fourteen had made. She checked the time on her watch it reading 9:07pm and she knew by the stack of plates she had that it would be close to 11 before she finished. She let out a sigh knowing that she wouldn't be able to call her mother tonight like she had hoped, for the elder woman was normally asleep by 11.
She was working her way through the plates when she felt two arms wrap their way around her stomach. Their fingers drummed a familiar patten on her stomach and their chin rested on her shoulder.
"Aly baby, let me help. You wanted to call your parents tonight right? We'll complete this so you can call home." The voice of the ever charismatic leader came as he tapped another pattern into her stomach and detached. He soon stood beside her and begin to wash passing her the plates to dry.
Idle chatter was passed between them as the dishes were done reaching just before 10pm. ChenGuang took SungCheol's hand into her own before pulling him in the direction of her room. She had left her mobile in there before heading down to dinner to abide by their new rule. No phones at the table. The older boy did nothing to protest her actions but rather willingly followed. Within moments of entering her room he soon flung himself onto her bed sitting upright and opening his arms to invite her onto his lap. She picked her phone up before going to sit infront of him on the bed. Her thumb quickly typed in the password, though she was aware he knew what it was, before clicking on the contact 'Mum' written in Chinese.
"Hello mum?" She spoke after it rung for the second time
'ChenGuang, it's late what are you doing calling me you should be in bed" Her mother's voice spoke in return lecturing her daughter in their native tongue.
"I missed you is it a crime to want to hear your voice?" She questioned before the mother and daughter eased into a simple and familiar conversation
"You use to say it was a phone call home" Her mother teased noticing the change in wording her daughter had been using the whole time.
ChenGuang lent back further into the arms of SungCheol her head resting on his chest. "Mum I think I've found home." She spoke taking her free hand and holding onto one of the hands wrapped around her waist.
Phone contacts
The hip-hop unit was doing a v-live playing a game of truth and dare between the five members. ChenGuang sat in the middle of the group of five watching as they took a dare from the viewers as Vernon was too much of a wimp to come up with one.
"I dare you to share another hip-hop member's contact name in your phone?" Vernon read his eyes ghosting the members before settling on the parental figures of the group.
"Let's get the parent's to share their contact names for each other." He stated nudging towards the two who quickly worked to unlock their phones. ChenGuang picked her phone up and went into the contacts waiting for the pair to decide who would go first.
"I'll go first" Came the leaders proud voice as he turned the screen around so that they could get a quick glimpse of his contact as he only showed her name not her photo.

"That makes me next right?" She questioned her eyes scanning the contact's again. She too covered up the photo in the contact but showed his name.
