I decided to bring Xavier along with me,but i had to sit through Amariey's service.
He was talking patience and how you shouldn't let anger take control of you.
Amariey wanted to come with us but,but he had to watch Antenna and do an exorcism .
I decided to get going ,with Xavier being late,as the people of the village left Amariey's service.
Me and Xavier met outside the church and shook hands and we nodded our hands at each others.
We rode off on our horses.
"So do you know were this village of the mist is at?,"Xavier asked me.
The rush of speed ,the wind blew on our faces .The feeling felt good. I was in a daze ,because of it,almost not hearing Xavier question.
"Yeah. You know those tales of people disappearing off 20 miles of village ?,"I said awakening from my daze.
"Yeah.,"Xavier cough when a bug flew in mouth and was interrupted.
Ahead a swarm of bugs was covering about 10 feet of the road ,wide and length.
The landscape was noisy ,black,moist,sticky,popping and smelly.
To Cassandra this would've been scary.
To me , all i felt was sickness going up my spine.
"Ugh.,",Xavier said it in a disgust voice.
As I study the scene of bugs slithering and crawling ,I noticed they were eating something,something big.
"Lets go.,"I said.
We started to ride off ,when Xavier spit on the pile of bugs.
The bugs buzzing stop.
"Good.,"Xavier said with confidence,smiling.
The ground started shake and rumble as the bugs to moved and form.
The image was disgusting as the wet,moist,sticky bugs fell and form over each other.
Together they formed a bug golem.
We both froze as the monster stood above us.
We woke from our daze and grasped and rode away from the monster.
First it look like we were going to get away but we were wrong. The golem was hot on our trail.
The golem disfigured and changed into fist and slam me and Veronica throwing us in the air eventually sliding on the ground.
I immediately got up ,dusting the dirt off of me. The only way we could get out of this was to fight.
I went over to Veronica about to signal her to get out of the way,by tapping her,when I sat my hand in blood. I noticed her whole side of her body was scrapped and covered blood. My heart skipped a beat. I signaled her by whistling to get out of way. Veronica got up ,whimpered ,and limped away.
The golem disfigured back into its golem figure.
Xavier jump off his horse ,with a sword in his hand ,sprinting towards us,with his Kampilion(A double sword with a double edged handle.
I quickly pulled out my sword,said the action spell,and drew the Ancient Internian letter out with my sword,"Freeze!,"I froze the golem in its place draining some of my magic .
I had about ten seconds to do something before the golem unfroze. The effect would been stronger if I brought my legendary sword.
Xavier leaped at the golem,"Expand!,"Xavier's sword expanded outward ,growing longer,cutting the golem in half.
The golem top half fell to the ground,making a loud thump,blowing dirt and dust everywhere.
I sprinted towards the top half ,jump up,back flip,"Devil's Flames!," My sword lit on fire ,I thrashed my sword downward at the faceless golem's head.
At contact my feet sunk into it's head and my sword had no effect on it.
I was stuck both literally and mentally."How is this possible?,"I thought to my self.
Ten seconds was up.
The golem grab me,threw up in the,disfigured back to it's normal self ,standing up,like Xavier attack was wasted,and as I came falling down it slap me downward ,face first ,to the ground.
"Ahhh!,"I yelled ,as pain went through my face ,down through my body,adding on a stings ,like a whole bunch of bees stung me all over my back.
I got up ignoring the pain. I had end this now.
"Heavenly Rain!,"the spell I casted cause darkness of clouds, lighting ,and thunder,Then in the time of the night the sun bursted into the sky,and with no clouds it started to rain burning anything that lied evil. The golem roared in pain.
Burst of green bug blood splash and spill down onto the ground.
"Arc Thunder !,"I casted a dark cloud into the sky permanently shooting a flash of lightning at the golem ,the sound of thunder came after the golem's horrific cry.
Xavier ran up to the golem delivering the final blow,"Rapid Slash!,"A slash that was so fast it slash 1000 times ,showing white lines where he slash at.
The Golem fell to the ground vaporizing into the sky,going after the sun disappeared ,but the cloud of darkness still lied in the sky.
