Sanity dreams (a shred squad fanfic)

Cory's POV

I stared at the blank wall, thoughts slowly drifting through my head.

I sighed, it had been a week since Jon and I woke up, but for some reason I was remembering everything we saw now.

the others hadn't said so, but we both new the wolves were coming tomorrow.

Jon glanced over at me from the other side of the room, standing up he made his way over to me.

"is it just me or do you think theta has something to tell us?"

I nodded, " we were only around her for a few hours, but it feels like she's been there our whole lives."

Jon sat down next to me, looking as if he had something important to say, but then didn't.

we sat in silence for a few minutes longer, watching everyone sleeping, apart from dawn.

he had left the room a while ago, he kept muttering something so i had let him go without asking questions.

" dawns been acting kinda strange dont you think?" Jon looked at me, his violet eyes watching me carefully.

for some reason I had felt like Jon was a lot less trusting. I nodded,

" yeah... but, so is everyone. I think its because of theta and the other wolves... how are we going to tell them...?"

" we're not." Jon turned " if they knew we were hiding the fact this isnt real... what will happen to us... we just have to keep going until the doctors can wake us up."

I sighed nodding in agreement. " yeah, I guess you're right..."

Tommy's POV

I woke up with a start, cold sweat running down my neck, the dream that woke me was quickly fading, but one thing still stood clear in my mind.

Jon, laying on the ground, his eyes normally bright with joy, were clouded and Grey. his face and clothes were stained with blood, and, standing over him

was dawn.

" Tommy, you ok?" I turned to see Jon looking at me worriedly, " you were mumbling in your sleep"

" huh, no, no its fine, just a bad dream " he nodded understanding in his eyes

" ahh, ok"

sitting up properly I looked around, Cory and dawn both seemed to be out, Ashley was still asleep and uni and nick were playing a game.

standing up I left Jon and joined Uni and Nick.

"hey Tommy, care to play?" nick looked up smiling,

" play what exactly?" I sat down next to them, they had a pile of dust sitting in between them, I looked at it curiously

" tick tack toe!" uni chirped happily

" naughts and crosses "

nodding I shuffled into a comfortable position, " so which on of you cream weasels are winning?"
