So I was walking to my second day of band camp. For those of you who don't know me personally, well. I had moved this summer and I'm pretty much just going to band camp because I have to and because if I didn't I would get kick out of the band.
I walked in this morning and my hair was up like usual, a pony tail. Today was crazy sock day for camp spirit days so I was wearing my tall knee highs that look pretty fricking amazing if you ask me. The first question that I was asked, as I am about twenty yards away is "Are you a Flute?" Now I don't mean to offend any flute players out there. I was a flute but I stopped.
My response was this "Dude. No. Just no. I like taking the hard things and using them to hit the other hard things and make loud things go boom!"
Then, as I got closer. There was a guy standing there in a ColdPlay tee. Which I thought that he shouldn' t get to wear awesome bands' shirts if he was this mean. He litterally said, out loud.
"WOAH! Its a chick!"
The other female, the one who thought I was a flute, and I just glared at him.
It wasn't so much as the fact that he thought I was a girl but as the fact that he used the word "chick" That is the number one way to make me. But I don't mind words that twist that word just don't use the word chick.
