[Chapter Four: Left Behind]

Yana and Ice Bear were able to make their way inside through a vent. Yana couldn't help but feel.. weird. Ice Bear seemed different. Usually he never let his guard down on missions to take down serious organizations.

Especially if that organization was selling illegal weapons.

Yana tugged Ice Bear by his ear. He gave a small "ow" that seemed like a sarcastic way of being hurt. Of course, that was just Ice Bear's way of showing little pain.

"What's gotten you so off guard?" Yana spoke quietly but with authority in her voice. Ice Bear turned away and shook his head. He cleared his throat. " Ice Bear and Yana should hurry." He said quickly as he started to crawl faster.

Soon enough, they ended up falling down into one of storage units. They had a plan, but if you want the basic summary of it was: get into the storage unit, destroy any weapons that were inside, escape through the vents once more.

Yana took out a few items from her backpack. She placed them onto the inventory in the room, as did Ice Bear. Soon enough the place would blow. As Ice Bear was putting down the last bomb-

A loud alarm was heared, red light flashing around so frequentely it was hard not to let the light blind you.

Now was the least easiest part, escaping. The main door was opening, so it was difficult for Yana and Ice Bear to quickly get back into the vents before they got to them.

Lots of shots were fired. Fortunately, neither of them got shot. Once they reached the roof again, they were surronded. As the fighting went back and forth, Yana knew their strength and energy would start to fade. Ice Bear seemed to realize this too.

Ice Bear looked at Yana and they both nodded their heads in an understanding tone. Ice Bear rushed to Yana, as she also rushed and jumped off from the roof with Ice Bear. The fires from guns had stopped upon seeing the two literally decide to intentionally fall off of a building.

But of course they were fine. Yana's car had been auto pioleted to come towards them as they were escaping. They smirked triumphantly, but of course it wasn't over.  "Look, we have fans." Yana smirked as she looked to Ice Bear who was at the steering wheel. While she said that she had also placed a hand over Ice Bear's shoulder, a sign of victory for her.

Ice Bear didn't respond.

They've done this before many times. In different countries, different time zones.. As you can tell they were use to it.

But something still seemed off about Ice Bear. Yana opened her mouth to speak for she saw how Ice Bear seemed frozen in his seat.

The next thing she remembers is her car getting hit. Everything looked fuzzier as she fell onto the ground, her shoulder especially getting the beating. Falling onto her shoulder never felt so painful.

Then it was all black.

The next time she opened her eyes, she was in a hospital bed. The nurse stated Yana took a bad hit, and had to get about, what, fifteen stiches in her arm?

Looking around, Ice Bear wasn't there. Of course he wasn't. Yana seemed to have so much fury--- so much hurt. Her car was wrecked, she was injured badly, and the one bear that had brought her into all of this wasn't even there.

She wasn't even sure if she'd see him at all anymore. She wasn't sure if they had completed the mission succesfully without getting caught, she wasn't sure of anything.

But what she did know, was that she was left behind.
