India

Michael left the table a few minutes ago after our argument to go talk to Ava. He's really pissed off at me but honestly I could care less about what he thinks right now. He has no right to tell me how I should or shouldn't talk to my daughter. Ava's my child, not his. So what if I talked to her the way I did.

Ok, maybe I was wrong.

I shouldn't have reacted the way I did, but she knows damn well Michael isn't her dad. I never talked to her about her dad and I always knew that one day she'll ask about him but I didn't know that, that one day would be now. She's too young to even understand what happened between me and her dad, and Michael's acting like he cares about her when he doesn't. He doesn't care about us, he only sees us as a charity case. You think he love having us living here. He doesn't care about the poor or anyone but him damn self. He's just like every other rich, snobby celebrity. He just want to show the world that he's this great humanitarian.

Great humanitarian my ass!

I don't even know why I let him help us and agree to move in to Neverland with him. I'm just so angry right now. I wonder what they're talking about up there. After washing the dishes, I turned around about to walk out the kitchen when Ava comes running in.

"Mommy! Mommy! Michael is taking me to Disney World."

I huffed out a breath. "Well you're not going."

She frowns. "But why mommy?"

"Don't question me like you're a detective or something, I said you're not going!"

Her little face scrunches up and then she starts the water works. Soon her little sobs were getting louder as Michael walked in, his smile drops when he sees Ava crying.

"Ava, what's wrong?" Michael asked as he kneels down to her height.

"M-Mommy said t-that I can't go." She cries. Michael looks up at me me then looks at Ava.

"You can't go where?" He asked.

"To Disney World." She hiccups through her tears. Michael glares up at me before looking at her.

"Mommy is just saying a bunch of nonsense, Ava. I'm taking you to Disney World, ok?" I told her. She sniffles and nods her head.

"Ok now go upstairs, me and mommy need to have a talk."

Once Ava is gone and out of sight, Michael turns around to look at me, we both just stood still, staring each other down.

"She's not going anywhere with you Michael, so just drop it." I say, breaking the silence.

"Why not?" He asked confused.

"Because... I don't trust you around my daughter." I say with a sigh. He lowers his brows.

"You don't what?" He asked. I rolled my eyes.

"I said that I don't tr-"

"I know what you said but why don't you trust me with her!? I would never hurt Ava, and you fucking know that!" He says, cutting me off angrily. I rolled my eyes again.

"Michael I don't want to argue with you, you're not taking my daughter anywhere with you."

"Then you come with us, India."

"No, we're not going anywhere with you and I have decided that I will no longer work for you. I quit and I'm moving back into my apartment. I don't need your help anymore."

"Why are you doing this, India?" He asked calmly. I sighed.

"Michael seriously, you need to stop acting like you care about us because you don't. You only see us as a charity case and we're nobody's charity case. We don't need your help or you. Tomorrow we're moving out and I never want to hear from you again... and I mean it." I say, before storming out the room. Michael then runs after me.
