Truth or Dare

A Day Off

Hoseok's POV

I stayed up much later than Jimin last night coming up with a plan. All it took was some begging on my part for it to fall into place. And maybe possibly set up another ship. But we'll see.

At 8 a.m., I woke up and headed to the kitchen, where Jin hyung was making breakfast.

"Jin hyung?" I ask, trying to seem innocent.

"Yes?" His back is still turned to me, never taking his gaze off of the food he's cooking for all of us for breakfast.

"We don't really play games anymore," I start. "I was wondering if we could play a game together. All seven of us."

Jin shrugs his shoulders. "Why not? You're right, we're always so busy. Let's take a day to just have fun." Oh, you have no idea what you're getting ourself into.

It takes about a half hour for Jimin, Tae, Jungkook, and Namjoon to make their way into the kitchen. Tae and Jungkook take seats next to each other, and the rest of us occasionally toss the two looks of amusement when Tae feeds Jungkook the food he doesn't feel like eating. Jin stays behind the counter, still busting himself with the food. When Namjoon asks for a plate of food, a slight pink rises to his cheeks when he meets the elders gaze. The two have been dating secretly for the past few months, but ARMY doesn't know that. The six of us make small talk as we wait for Yoongi to make his way to breakfast.

Minutes crawl past, and Jin finally goes back to the room he and Yoongi share to wake him. A moment later, a very sleepy looking Yoongi appears behind Jin.

"We have a day off," he complains as he starts putting food into his mouth.

"Exactly," Jungkook pipes up. "So we should spend it having fun."

"Sleeping is fun," Yoongi says in a monotone, completely serious voice.

Jungkook rolls his eyes but doesn't bother to answer. We wait for him to finish eating, and then start towards the central room, where we sit in a circle on the floor. I sit between Namjoon and Tae. Next to Namjoon is Yoongi, then Jungkook, then Jimin, and Jin.

I notice Yoongi looking at Jimin, who doesn't seem to notice as he stares at the designs on the floor.

"So, what're we playing?" Namjoon asks.

A bunch of suggestions are grown in the air.

"Monopoly."

"Twister."

"Video games."

"What about truth or dare?" I ask. Nods around the room and nothing from Yoongi. As expected. Good.

"Hoseok, can you get your computer?" Namjoon asks me. "That way we can stream it on vlive for ARMY." Everyone, without a beat, agrees.

I head to my room, stepping over people outstretched legs on my way. Once there, I pump my fist in the air in excitement. Yes! Now all that has to happen is the right dares and truths.

I return with my computer in hand. Tae, who's nearest to a table, takes it from me and sets it up so viewers can see all of us. He starts streaming, and we instantly see hundreds of viewing icons appear.

"Hey guys," Namjoon says. "We have the day off and we're going to play truth or dare." With that, the game sets off.

Jungkook starts. "Namjoon hyung, truth or dare?"

"Dare."

"Use your teeth to take off your socks." He's not exactly the most flexible person in the world, so he ends up awkwardly bitin his own feet a few times before he finally manages to work the black socks off his feet.

He turns on Tae next. "Truth or dare?"

"Truth."

"Between Jungkook and Hoseok, who would you be gay for?" Those are some of the more popular ships actually. Tae's cheeks turn a slight shade pinker, before he mumbles, "Jungkook."

"Oh man," Yoongi whispers dramatically. "Jungkook, how do you feel about this?" He holds out a hand clutching one of Namjoon's socks like it's a microphone.

"Oh shut up," Jungkook says playfully. But I, and everyone else, see that he ignored the question.

"Okay, Jin hyung. Truth or dare."

"Dare."

"Sit on Namjoon's lap until your next turn." Jin shrugs, somewhat happy with the dare.

He does as told and a smile crosses Namjoon's face.

"Jimin. Truth or dare?"

"Dare." Jin smiles somewhat evilly, and uncertainty crosses over Jimjn's face.

"I dare you," he says slowly, "to kiss Yoongi."
