Nova- We have a more serious one here from lunamoon7002. She asked if you all have anyways that help you when you feel depressed.(I'll put the rest of it if you'd like, Lunamoon7002)

Masky- You should definitely keep from bottling up your emotions. It sounds cliché, but it's really important.

BEN- See if you can take a break from people, as a sort of "mental-health day".

Jane- Definitely make sure to take care of yourself! A little exercise is proven to help with sadness.

Nova- And if you need to talk to someone, we're willing to tal km to you. Like Masky said, bottling up your emotions is bad, and can be dangerous. Keep in mind, I'm not a mental health professional, but if you need someone to just vent to, then there are plenty of online resources if you don't have a close trusted person to talk to face-to-face. Sorry for the late response, but if you still need help, we're still open to talk to if you need. (Sorry for the short response, I'll make some more later)
