Oh my gosh I feel horrible right now.....
I was washing dishes....and I came across a knife... and I grabbed the knife sharpener. I sharpened the knife...and I kept telling myself:

The demons inside my head wouldn't leave me alone.
They keep telling me things.

All they kept saying was:
