"here's your coffee" she handed to him, still smiling.
he was really annoyed today, he didn't find any inspiration for his lyrics.
the last thing he needed right now was her annoying smile.
she felt herself giving up, but she couldn't accept it. she couldn't give up, not today.
"be careful, it's hot" she says to him in a caring tone, receiving no response.
"get out" he told her, clenching his jaw.
"okay" she responded and got out. she grabbed her hair in frustration, a tear escaping her eye.
she wiped it fastly, she couldn't do this.
at the end of the day she could lie to everyone except for herself. she was hurt and her smile wasn't there anymore.
she felt dumb for even falling in love with him. how could someone like me, she thought.
