he tapped his leg to the ground, chewing on his lip. he held the flowers he bought for her tightly.
where is she, he thought. he was going to apologize to her today.
he heard a knock on his door, making him smile. he was nervous. he missed her happy and annoying voice.
he loved how she worried about him and he regretted what he did to her.
"come in" he said, excitement on his tone. however, his smile disappeared when he saw a female worker get in.
he put the flowers away, furrowing his eyebrows. where is she?
"hey, uh... did my assistant come to work today?" he asked her, curiosity taking over his body.
the female's expression changed, and that made him wonder even more.
he tilted his head in confusion, what was going on?
"she... she died in a car accident this morning"
