Marina gets into the hospital and she is in a dream she can't wake up from. Memories of her and her precious Pearlie start to fade... She flatlines.
Pearl finally makes it there to visit.
Pearl: Hi, I'm here to visit Marina Ida, my wife.
Receptionist: Lets see. Oh. Her status is deceased, ma'am.
Pearl: W-what?
Receptionist: Deceased, ma'am.
Pearl: She's g-gone?
Receptionist: Yes ma'am. I'm so sorry.
Pearl: Fuck. *sniffles* Its all my fault.
Receptionist: I'm sure it wasn't.
Pearl runs to go find Marina's doctor.
Pearl: *sniffles* E-exuse me, doctor?
Doctor: Yes?
Pearl: Do you have a patient named Marina Ida?
Doctor: I think you should come with me, miss.
They both go into Marina's room, where she lies, blue in the face.
Pearl: Oh cod... Marina... *sniffles* I can't believe she..
Doctor: Yes, I know, miss. It's always hard to see them after it happens.
Pearl: I-i know but.. I just thought *sniffs* we would always be together...
Doctor: I understand. You take your time to say your final goodbyes, and I'll be waiting outside.
Pearl: Oh um, ok. *sniffs* O-oh wait, Doctor?
Doctor: Yes?
Pearl: W-was there anything else *sniffs* you could have d-done?
Doctor: No, miss. I am afraid not.
Pearl: *sniffs* Ok. I guess I really do have to say goodbye.
Pearl sits in a chair up against Marina's hospital bed. She strokes her cold forehead repeatedly and then sobs into her while hugging her limp body.
Pearl: *sobs* Marina, Why?!? *hugs tighter* I love you too much to see you go out this way! Please~ Don't go~
Pearl realized that she was disturbing Marina's eternal slumber, so she stopped. She kissed her forehead, stroked her tentacles as tears dripped onto Marina's face due to Pearl's sadness. Finally, Pearl says..
Pearl: Goodbye, My precious angel. You will always be a part of me I hold close to my heart. I wish it didn't end this way, and I love you so much.
She walked away, even though she wanted to stay forever. She made it to the doorway and she heard an erratic beeping from where she just left! She turns around and sees the monitor giving a heartbeat!
Pearl: W-WHAT? DOCTOR, MARINA HAS A HEARTBEAT! COME HELP! PLEASE!
The doctor rushed in and told Pearl that he had to rush her into surgery immediately, But they will update her as soon as possible.

Marina lies unconscious for a few hours. Pearl stays with her at the hospital until she wakes up, though. The doctor said it was successful and she should be awake soon.
Marina: *whispers* P-Pearl?
