IMAGINE: You're driving on the highway on your way to Las Vegas when you notice a guy thumbing for a ride. Your mother always told you never to pick up hitch hikers but you can tell with the jewelry and what he's wearing he doesn't do this often. You pull over to the guy. "Need a ride?". "Yes god I was ready to start taking off my clothes to get a ride" he said with a grin.
You open the door and he gets in. "So why are out thumbing considering what your wearing?" as he sat back. "I had a huge fight with my girlfriend well my ex now she threw me out of the car and threw my phone breaking it into a million pieces" he replied. "Not a great place to break up when she's driving". "I'll remember that next time" as he giggled. "Mommy who he" a voice remarked. The man turned around and saw a little girl. You didn't want to scare your child saying you picked him off on the side of the road.
"My name's Criss sweetie your mommy's giving me a ride because my car broke down" he replied with a smile. "Nice mommy" she remarked. "Thank you Ariel now just lay back and we'll be home soon". "Thanks for that" she said. "No problem she's adorable reminds me of my son" he replied. "How old is he?". "Three going on thirteen by my guess" which makes you laugh. "Yea Ariel gets that way sometimes but I know how to wrangle her in" you stated.
"Mind teaching me only his mom knew how and since she left us for another guy it's hard". "When my ex heard the word: I'm Pregnant he disappeared one night and never returned"you replied. "The vanish act nice at least mine told me out front that she was leaving just stop here at The Luxor". You stop and the man gets out. "Thank you so much I don't know how to repay for your kindness". "How about you and I set up a play date between our kids"Criss suggested giving her his number.
"Mommy potty" Ariel remarked. "All right let me park". "Don't worry valet on me". You get out as the man help your daughter out. You walk in hold Ariel's hand and amazed by the place. You go to the bathroom as the man goes somewhere else. When you both come out you see the man sitting next to the fountain as a little boy throw pennies into it. "Before you go I thought that our kids should meet Johnny come here I want you to meet Ariel and her mom".
He waved as he smiled. "Hi"Ariel said smiling at Johnny. Both of the parents smiles as well. "Play with her" Johnny ask pointing to Ariel. "Please mommy he cute" as the father chuckles. "Come on I think there's a kid's play room in here come on" and they took the kids to the children's room.
