Chapter 20

Jake's P.O.V

I quickly get into my lambo with Erika in the passenger seat. It may not be the safest choice but it is the fastest. I hit the gas and we arrive at the hospital in 5 minutes. I immediately rush into the ER and say what has happened with Erika in my arms. She is even more blue then she was when I found her. The doctor said she has been out of oxygen for a while and they needed to get her in to a room with an oxygen tank.

Anthony's P.O.V

      Jake and I just got back from  downtown because he wanted to get Erika flowers, balloons, and coffee. We got home and he yells Erika's name with no response. Again with no noise at all. He walks upstairs and I couldn't hear anything. I just assume he was kissing her. I went into the living room and started talking with Sunny and Jake says I'm going to the hospital. I turned around and said why. I looked at Erika and she was like a noodle in Jake's arms. She was nearly purple. He ran to the fastest car in the driveway and took off. I am so worried! Erika is like my older sister and if anything happened to her that would be so devastating! I can't imaging what Jake is going through. That is his girlfriend. His love.

- BACK WITH JAKE AT HOSPITAL -

Jake's P.O.V

     I can't believe Erika just triend to take her own life and I still don't know if it worked. I bet she still thinks it's her faukt that the baby died. I lost count of how many times this past week I've told her that it's not her fault. I can't believe the love of my life is in ER for OD. The last time we were her we lost our child and the time before that the women I thought was the live of my life stabbed Erika. I was gonna propose to Erika tomorrow. I had this whole thing planned and everything. It was gonna be the most romantic moment in our relationship ever. Her comes the doctor...

Doctor: I'm so sorry to inform you that your loved one has just passed away.

Jake: *Starts crying*

Doctor: I understand. I just recently lost my father. I'll give you sometime.

Jake: Thank you...
