i was shaking the entire way to the tailors. "whats wrong (y/n)?" mey-rin asks. i sigh. "i've never been to a ball." I admit. mey-rin smiles. "they're fun! there's dancing and um thats about it." she says. I smile. "should be simple!" I say feeling better about this whole ball thing already.

I put on my dress after mey-rin put the dumb corset on. I walked out of the room I was told to change in and stood next to ciel. he smiled at me but he looked extremally nervous. I was about to ask him whats wrong when Lizzy ran up the stairs. "ciel how about we have 1 last dance?" she asks sweetly. ciel looks at me. I smile. "go ahead. don't worry if anything happens though." I stop and look at Lizzy. "there will be one less person in the world." I finish. Lizzy doesn't looked fazed. she dragged ciel down the stairs and dancing with him. I sighed. bored. I saw Lizzy lean in towards ciel and then ciel took a step back. I smiled. I found the perfect man. well not perfect but in my mind he was.
