Ty's POV
I woke up back in my hospital room, unaware of anything at the moment, I felt disorientated and nauseous and I wasn't sure why... It had to be something to do with my check up with the doctor.
"Ah you're finally awake! You sleep like a rock haha" the nurse said in her usual cheery tone, which reminds me... Why haven't I been told her name yet?
"Oh I never knew I did.... Oh and if you don't mind me asking what's your name? I uh never got it..." I asked, still a bit dizzily.
"Hm? Oh of course! It's Lucile," she replied happily. Lucile... Nice name I guess. It would be nicer if she wasn't a liar, pfft.
"Ah okay, you have a nice name," I told her. Oh god did that come off as creepy or nice? Urg I was never good with these things...
"Oh um thank you," she seemed to blush a little after. "Oh and your results came back! You're doing well and you may end up only having to stay here a little longer as long as everything turns out." I hadn't expected that of all things... The first time Seto and I met he had been saying I have a small chance to live through this... I strongly doubt Seto would ever lie to me, either the nurse is lying and I will end up dying unexpectedly, or I'll live. I'll live happy with Seto.
Speaking of which... Where is he? Seto said he wouldn't be gone for too long... I'm worrying too much... Or am I? Ugh I just don't know... But I can't go and look for him, because well I'm restricted to this bed...
"Um Ty? Sweetheart?" The nurse said trying to get my attention, I must've been staring off.
"Oh um sorry... Thanks for telling me," she nodded and smiled then left my room.
I stared at the ceiling realising this was the first time in a while I've been alone in this room. I'm usually with Seto... I'm getting worried now. He should've been back. Oh god what if he got hurt? What if one of the nurses or doctors saw him and freaked out and called the police? What if I never get to see him again?! I breathed deeply. "Now is not the time to panic..." I thought to myself.
Everything will be fine.
