Chapter 8 (Polly and Jason texting an irl)

Jason: she dumped me :)

Polly:Okay so now we can be real?

Jason: yea

polly: :D

Jason: did you find out the gender?

Polly: YES :D

Jason: OOOOOOOO

Polly:well i dont know but midge does so shes incharge of getting the stuff for the gender reveal.

Jason: i made a list of people to invite.

Polly: Same, you say your list

Jason: Cheryl, my mom, my dad

polly: ok, lol i didnt make a list i just know im only inviting betty my mom my dad and charles

Jason: ok and the baby shower is next week

Polly: We need to figure out what were doing with food cause we are definitely having it at the field near sweet water river.

Jason: the football team is gonna help out by getting tables and chairs and like those tent things that go over the food area oh and they are getting beer

Polly: Okay i'm pretty sure Betty and Charles are going to get activities to do while my mom gets decor oh yea and i have the pussycats singing at the baby shower

Jason: Okay my mom just said she will cook and my dad will help set up

Polly: Okay see you at the gender reveal later.

Jason: 3 hours until i find out the gender of my child :D

-Polly getting ready-

Polly leaped up from her bed in her parents house. she had a very nice bed with pink sheets. Polly got lucky with her pregnancy since Charles was moving out in a month to go to college since he was 19. and Polly was only 17 but she still got pregnant. Polly pulled out a nice pink dress out of her closet for the gender reveal. She quickly got her phone and started listening to the pussycats while she did her hair and makeup ignoring her mom yelling at Betty to get off the phone with veronica lodge and get ready. But she just decided to put her hair in a half up half up hair style. Then she followed a makeup routine so she looked flawless for her gender reveal. She knew nobody would care if she just wore flats but she didn't care she wore her best looking heels even though they made her feet sore. But Polly was smart and grabbed her Calvin Klein white purse and packs flats just in case. The gender reveal was gonna be at the Blossom's house in there backyard. Polly heard the honk of her moms van and quickly ran outside while putting on perfume followed by Betty.

-Jason getting ready (they got ready at the same time)-

Jason got up off his couch and jogged up the flight of stairs and into his room. Once the baby was born they had to decide if they were gonna decide what house they were gonna stay in together before they bought there own house. It honestly didn't matter what house since both the family's got along very well. Jason went to his bathroom and took a quick shower before he went into his room and used cologne. He then went to the laundry room where his suit was sitting perfectly clean and ironed next to his sisters red dress. he then went to the bathroom downstairs and gelled his hair up making sure he looked perfect for his future wife.he then watched football all day

(sorry if this is boring i just want a long one so i'm saying how everyone got ready)

-Betty getting ready-

"BETTY GET OF THE PHONE." Betty's mom shouted from her doorway "VERONICA GOES TO SCHOOL WITH YOU POLLY DOESN'T HAVE A GENDER REVEAL 5 DAYS A WEEK". "Bye Ronnie" Betty said while closing her door and hanging up at the same time. Betty had bought a nice pastel pink and blue dress for the gender reveal with some white heels. Betty quickly got dressed and then put her hair in a ponytail with a pink and blue hair tie to show she cared. she then turned on some Hamilton songs while she did her makeup. she used her usual pink lipstick but this time she did a pink smokey eye cause she secretly wanted it to be a girl. She then shaved her legs quickly since she had forgotten to earlier. but when she finished Polly had already been going to the car so Betty quickly used perfume and ran down the stairs almost tripping into her mom van

- Cheryl getting ready-

Cheryl had gotten a massage at 12 pm-1 pm so she was freshened up for her brothers gender reveal. luckily her best friend Betty cooper would be there so she wasn't too bored talking to her family. She had till 4 pm to get ready so she put on a face mask while she took a bath. Then she washed her face and ran downstairs in a robe to grab her knee length tight dress which had gotten ironed and washed. she then ran upstairs and got dressed. it was now 3 pm so she quickly just brushed her hair blow dried it and then did her usual makeup. She then rushed downstairs and helped midge set up two balloons for both Jason and Polly to pop then the gender reveal began

-back to the gender reveal-

" hi! " the Blossom family all said at once as Polly got out of the front seat of a van. Betty and Cheryl immediately started discussing what they thought the gender was. Both Alice and Penelope started discussing plans for the baby and what they wanna get for the baby shower. Hal and Claudius started discussing work and money while Polly and Jason picked a boy name and a girl name for the baby.

" OK guys it is set up everyone gather around with your phones ready" Midge said as the photographer ran up to where there were to black balloons and a banner that said "what is the gender?" with a pink cat and a blue dog. "Polly and Jason come stand with Jason under the blue said and Polly under the pink, everyone if you want a girl stand behind the photographer but on the pink side and if you want a boy do the same but on the blue" Midge said.

"IF YOU WANT A GIRL SHOUT" Polly shouted followed by Betty Cheryl and the two moms shouting. "IF YOU WANT A BOY SHOUT" Jason shouted which made Charles and the two dad's shout. " 3, 2, 1" midge counted down then POP the balloons popped with pink and blue confetti going everywhere. "ITS TWINS A BOY AND A GIRL" Polly smiled while hugging Jason she was so happy, everyone else hugged. Jason suddenly helped Polly on to a table so she could say " we are gonna name them Juniper and Dagwood. and we are living at the Blossom's house until we get the keys to our dream house which is soon since we said we wanted it yesterday" everyone cheered and everyone was more then happy when videos were posted of the full gender reveal and house news.
