Backstory: Y/N came from a major kingdom but it's name has been lost to time. It was a thriving kingdom filled with lots of fun and adventure. Until one day pirates ravaged it and many were killed. Y/N and his childhood friend both lost their families. The two had adventured through the remains of the capital for 3 years. One day the two had run into a small shack, they were searching for food. The two found two strangely shaped and oddly coloured fruits. The two ate one each. However the two fruits belonged to a group of pirates through town. Y/N told his friend to run away while he distracted the pirates. She ran off for a very far distant. The pirates mad that one of their fruits had been consumed and taken from them decided to take Y/N with them and make him a pirate as well. It has been quite a few years since the incident but now Y/N is a bounty hunter and sometimes pirate. He has left the pirate crew a long while ago. He does not know what happened to his friend all those years ago but he regretted the decision of telling her to run away.
Devil fruit abilities: Y/N has shadow abilities but unlike Gekko Moriah's devil fruit it doesn't manifest shadows. Y/N can instead use shadows to summon weapons and other things. Y/N can also use shadows to teleport to other shadows. It also has an ability where Y/N can speak to a dead person briefly after their death in his mind by collecting their shadow.

Weaknesses: Shadows can't last forever and will eventually run out. There is a limit to how many times Y/N can teleport between shadows every day. To successfully teleport to a shadow he must see it in his mind like a sling ring from Doctor Strange. 

Personality: Serious, focused, cares for his friends, difficult to anger, can be charismatic, sometimes can be mocking and determined.

Nicknames: DeathWalker Y/N (because of his ability to kill many people and communicate with the dead).

???: Hey, Y/N if you're going to fall asleep in my bar then that would be a few more Bellies.

Y/N: Shut up bud. I know that you don't mean it.

???: Just get out.

Y/N got up and picked up a wanted paper on the ground.

???: You interested in that fella?

Y/N: Nah, price is too low.

Y/N walked out of the bar and continued to walk down the street.

???: We've got him now!

Y/N turned and saw a group of five marines chasing him.

???: Deathwalker Y/N! We are here to arrest you for your crimes against the world.

Y/N: Why do the marines send 5 weaklings after me? 

???: We weren't sent! And we're more than enough to take you down!

Y/N: So you came here without orders from superiors?

???: Yes??

Y/N: Seriously what makes you think you can face me?

???: SHUT UP! YOU'RE GOING DOWN.

Y/N: You and what army?

The marine soldier looked at his four allies whom were now suspended in the air by 4 spikes made from their shadows. A fifth one appeared and penetrated the chest of the marine soldier. Y/N walked away leaving the five marines to die. Y/N got onto his boat and started remembering his friend's wish.
