Don't let go of me (part 3)

Yoongi's smile became ten times bigger when Jimin walked out of the exit, it was almost 9pm and it was a rather chilly night for the middle of July, but Jimin was wearing only an over-sized orange shirt and a pair of light-blue jeans. Yoongi felt the sudden urge to wrap his arms around the younger to warm him up, but... baby steps. Maybe they could get there one day, but tonight Min Yoongi had to learn how to properly speak again and not bottle up everything like he always did and hope that the other party would figure out his thoughts on its own.

"Jimin-ah."

Yoongi called out softly, not wanting to startle the boy who looked back, because of the voice and it seemed like he recognized the rapper right away, even though Yoongi's face was covered by a black mask and some of his hair had fallen over his eyes, but little did he know... Jimin had recognized him just by his voice even though the volume was barely above a whisper.

"Hyung?"

It was fortunate that there was nobody around, but Yoongi wished they could have a real talk, he wanted to take off the stupid mask and face Jimin, so he got closer and made a suggestion.

"Hey. I... came with my car. Do you- can we have a talk there?"

If Jimin said 'No', Yoongi couldn't make the boy come with him. He saw the hesitance in the younger's eyes, so he decided to once again use his secret weapon.

"Please?"

Jimin chuckled, because of the earnest plea.

"Okay."

Yoongi led the way, they walked towards the parking lot in silence, but just before they reached the car, Jimin spoke up again.

"I was going to agree anyway, just so you know, Hyung. There was no need to use the please on me."

Yoongi laughed shortly, as he unlocked his car and both he and Jimin got inside. The rapper instantly took off his mask and tried to put his hair in place, but stopped in the middle of it when he noticed that Jimin was intently staring at him.

Right, we are here to talk. Who cares if my hair is a mess??

"Sorry... you said you don't want to see me and yet I came to bother you again."

"Don't apologize, Hyung. It's me who should be apologizing." Jimin cut in right away, he has been feeling awful ever since his last meeting with the older. "I didn't mean those things. You're not getting in the way of my work, you actually make my days much better and I always look forward to seeing you again."

Jimin decided to be brave, to say what he really thought, he wanted to show the rapper that he was welcome at ER. Oh, wait... that sounded a bit wrong.

"Ah, don't get me wrong, Hyung! It's not that I enjoy seeing you get hurt. Oh my gosh, not at all!!" Jimin quickly elucidated after realizing what he had said. "I just- I really like spending time with you."
