"Finally, after a grueling period of twelve years. I have returned to travel within its borders!" Alexander Will Richards has recently boarded the ship and is now taking in the aroma of the country he has been absent from for the past twelve years.
Xander made the decision to pay an initial visit to an old friend who he held in the highest regard. She rose to fame as a novelist, a writer, a singer in a band, and a newbie director of independent films. While her husband was once a top leading and famous basketball player in the country, he has now turned his attention to being a professional photographer and managing a model agency.
"Just a minute!" When he rang the doorbell, he received a response from the receiver.
"Yes?" She inquired as she opened the gate while carrying her newborn son, who resembled her husband. She was wearing eyeglasses at the time.
"Hi!" Xander greeted her, smiling. She stared at him for a protracted period of time before recognizing him.
"Xander?!" She was taken aback by it. Of course, she was surprised since he has gone through a lot of change, he is no longer a friend who appears to be nerdy.
"Hi, Meg! Surprised?" He showed a grin.
"Oh, my God! You're gorgeous!" She exclaimed as if she couldn't believe it.
"Sweetheart! Who exactly was that?" Her husband was enquiring from inside.
"Come in!" She dragged Xander inside the house excitedly.
"Lee, sweetheart! Look who's here?!" She could hardly wait to make the introduction.
"Please take a seat, Xander?" She beckoned for him to take a seat on the couch.
"Lee!" She made another call to her husband.
"What?" Elean Lee exited the kitchen carrying his daughter.
"They have twins!" Xander thought and suddenly felt a surge of envy.
"Who exactly is that gentleman?" Lee asked the question angrily because Meg was crossing her arms in his presence.
"I beg of you, do not dare to tell me that you are cheating on me!" Lee was furious at this point.
"He never changed! Still a jealous, impulsive lover!" Xander thought once more.
"You fool! It is indeed Xander!" Meg answered casually, even she didn't change a bit so that Xander couldn't help but laugh at her.
"You two make up the most amazing couple I've ever encountered!" Xander said that made them laugh as well. Lee came over and sat down in front of Xander after he'd joined them.
"Mom! Mom! Mom!" And then there was another boy, about six years old, tearing through the living room on his way downstairs.
"What on earth is going on, Kyle?" Lee demanded loudly that the young boy end his screaming and sit beside him.
"Lee, how many times have I asked you to please quiet down and not shout? Come here, Kyle, my little baby!" Meg sat down and pulled the boy up onto her lap.
"This is my oldest, Lyndon Kyle. Say hi to Uncle Xander." She introduced them.
"Hi!" His appearance inherited the features of both of his parents.
"You already go to school, right?" Xander inquired the little boy who reminded him of his most cherished child, Nathan, who was also his playmate. He also strongly desires to become a parent, as he adores children.
"Yes!" A younger version of his father, he exhibited some of his irritability.
"You know what, your mother was a genius," Xander said.
"Yes, that's what my father is always telling me!" The youngster continued to respond while looking intently at his father.
"Go on, baby, just play around with Phillip," Meg speaks with his son while wiping his face.
"He took my toys!" The boy, however, started to whine and complain once more.
"Tell him your Dad is angry! And he doesn't want Daddy to be angry! Right?!" The young boy nods his head and dashes back up the stairs.
After that, Meg held both of her children while they played on the carpet.
"And these are Kyna Leanne and Kean Lenard are my twin children." She presented herself with pride.
"They adorable. But how can you name your son after Kean, who used to be your wife's ex?" Xander made his way over to Lee.
"I owe him her life, for saving her." His reaction was one of sadness.
"What could possibly be the cause? To the best of my recollection, Lee's jealousy over Kean had gone too far that Meg was rushed to the hospital. Is there something that happened after I left?" After giving it some thought, Xander was about to ask them a question but Meg diverted the topic. "Hey, last year we had a reunion."
"I saw Sophia." Lee continued by mentioning the name that make Xander's temperature rises rapidly. He is not interested in learning anything about her at all! He does not want to recall anything at all related to her!
"I have not seen her there." Meg turned her attention to her husband.
"Her beauty has not faded at all." Meg was sitting beside Lee, and he couldn't help but smile nervously.
"Hey! When did you ever think you could get one over on me?" She became agitated.
"They are just the cutest things ever!" Xander grins.
"At least I just glanced while you were chatting it up with another person!" He sneered while casting a sidelong peek at Xander.
"Would you kindly stop that?" He stood up, concerned that the two of them might get into a fight. However, they shared a laugh together.
"You're kidding me!" When Xander realized they were joking around with him, he became enraged.
"Sorry, Xander. It's a snippet from the new story I'm working on. Do you ever think about what the outcome might be?"
"Meagan!" Lee laughed even harder in response to his frown.
"I'm sorry about my wife. She is constantly acting out her narrative in this manner." He held her in a tight embrace.
"I'll prepare lunch so please dine with us, Xander. Okay!" Meg went to the kitchen.
