As the sun rose and the birds began to sing, Park Jimin rolled out of bed with a major headache. "Why me?" He asked himself as his aching brain retold the story of what had happened to him the previous day.

He took a quick shower and got dressed before running downstairs and grabbing his bag. He often skipped breakfast since he spent most of his mornings lying around or judging his body in the mirror. He found that he never really had time to eat breakfast and even if he did, he didn't really want to. "It's too many calories." He would say to himself and squish his rosy cheeks together in front of the mirror as his empty stomach rumbled.

"Bye, Mom! Bye, Dad!" He yelled as he rushed out of the door, to which he would never hear their reply because he was already halfway down the street. Of course, his parents would always shout back, whether Jimin could hear them or not.

Jimin came from a supportive family that loved him endlessly, at least that's what they thought. Their cotton candy boy was so soft and gentle and meant the world to them, he always seemed so happy.

Unfortunately, it wasn't the same story in Jimin's head. Of course, Jimin loved his family no matter what and he didn't know what he'd do without them, but there seemed to be something missing.

Jimin wasn't very independent, he was very shy and often relied on other people for support. His mother was so loving and protective, sometimes a little too protective in Jimin's opinion. She would constantly cuddle and kiss her pastel prince and practically suffocate him in her love. That eventually led to Jimin having a dependency on people and having a need for validation.

He was very self conscious. Although he was quite thin with a fair amount of muscle, his chubby cheeks made him believe that he was overweight. Jimin's solution to this would be to hide under oversized, baggy jumpers. These were also a good way to hide the blush in his cheeks that often occured whenever he felt shy.

Although Jimin felt very dependent on his mother, he often felt like she was a little too invasive and that he had no privacy. As he grew older, he started to reject his mother's affection more often and found himself peeling her off of him because she was just so clingy. This kind of behaviour upset his mother as she finally realised that she was losing the little boy that she had once known, and that he was now growing into a young man.

As for Jimin's father, he felt rather detached from him and distant. His dad really did love him, and Jimin knew that, but he would never say the words. Not once had Jimin's dad ever said "I love you." to his son and that hurt Jimin's feeling slightly although he knew that his father was just like that and it didn't mean that he loved him any less.

This sense of detachment left a hole in Jimin's heart that needed to be filled, especially since his father was away at work so often. He needed an older, dominant, male figure in his life and he didn't know where to find that.

The way that Jimin was raised probably contributed a lot to Jimin's sexuality and personality. Jimin got his feminity and sensitivity from his mother and he got his neediness and dependency from his father not being around enough. That lack of male presence in his life was most likely what led to Jimin's interest in men.

Jimin was a very submissive character, most likely because his parents were very strict with him. After serving in the military, Jimin's father became a completely different person. He went from a fun and loving dad that always played with his son to a closed off, strict dad that enforced a lot of rules.

Other than doing lots of chores around the house from a very young age, Jimin was told by his father that he would be a failure if he didn't get perfect grades. This put a lot of fear and stress onto a boy of such a young age and it had actually made his scores worse since he was too stressed to retain any information.

Luckily, Jimin's room was his safe place where he could forget about his family for a little while, forget about the stress and just think to himself. His parents often went away on expensive vacations since his father's job was quite well payed, leaving Jimin in the house by himself.

This was were Jimin discovered his parent's alcohol cabinet and along with that, his love for getting tipsy. His parents only drank red wine so that was all that Jimin was used to, however he loved to drink. It took away all of his anxiety, his stress, his shyness. He felt like a normal person when he was drunk. His parents kept that much alcohol in the house that they never noticed the missing bottles, allowing Jimin's drinking to stay a secret.

He walked quickly to school as he usually did, his eyes half closed from the lack of sleep. He was relieved when he finally made it to his first class and sat down in his seat. He was looking forward to getting the day over with so that he could go back to bed and hopefully catch up on some sleep, however he was also very nervous to find out his test results.
