    Welcome to Severna Heights, Maryland.

    A sleepy, somewhat "religious" town, Severna Heights is known for its scenery, massive church scandals, and its infamous nightlife.  Severna Heights is the type of place where you can trash yourself drinking and show up to church the next morning completely hungover.

The perfect balance between heaven and hell, the place where you realize the saints are also sinners as well.

   With a population just slightly scraping a million, Severna Heights is a fine place to raise your kids without prejudice or discrimination. Underneath the facade of holy lies the heretic after all!

    However, that all gets a little blurry should you choose to send your kid to Nevaeh High. The biggest and only public high school in Severna Heights. It was once a private Catholic school, but due to budget constraints and a mysterious fire some years ago that caused the original public school building to cease to exist, Nevaeh High was turned into a public school.

Those who are smart would send their darling little angel to a private Christian school that TOTALLY isn't run by some new-age cult. However, not everyone can afford private education so alas, we have the overpopulated yet talented Nevaeh High School.

They're everything you'd expect to see in a Maryland public high school, somewhat racist, crowded, terribly underfunded, and a haven for all things horrific. Severna Heights is no exception to the rule.

Home to the prosperous Nevaeh Nephilim basketball team and a star studded marching band with the awards to match, Nevaeh High excels all other public schools when it comes to extracurriculars.

We have a sharp student council and excellent school spirit! Most students who attend say that their suicidal tendencies have gone from an all time high to just mildly concerning!

Remember that blurry line I mentioned? Yeah, while Nevaeh High has enough achievements and merits to keep the state inspection and school association at bay, it still has some severely questionable faculty and students.

In a town where the saints are also sinners, this school upsets the perfect balance of things, where the sinners are just sinners, no disguise or in between.

So just what makes Nevaeh High so dastardly sinful? What makes them so wicked?

Could it be run by a cult? A corrupt administration? Scandalous students who may or may not be possessed? How bout a combination of all of the above? Or is it something else far more sinister? And what does the looming lunar eclipse have to do with any of this?

For now I cannot say, but keep this tidbit in mind,

                     There's more than one way to sin darling, in fact there are seven, each one gives you your own twisted sense of heaven.
