Chapter.12 Look Behind the Mask

After eating a delicious homemade breakfast by Kakashi. we hung out throughout the day. we made our way to the training ground, and practiced our shuriken throwing. Kakashi hit all ten targets, while I seven of mine made it into a creak. Kakashi laughs and teaches me different ways of throwing my shrunken so they'd hit the target. "Why don't we eat at Ichiraku Ramen," I suggest, so I could try to see his face again. Kakashi then eats his so quick that I don't see his face! I stare at him and he smiles, I then makes it my mission today to see what's behind the mask. I then "accidentally" spill water on his mask. "Kakashi I sorry my hand slipped, do you need help taking it off," I ask. "No I've got it," he says. I wait in anticipation as he pulls his mask down, just to show a water proof mask!  "It's a good thing I have this mask, right, Obito?" He asks seeing my spirit slowly leaving me.  "Hey Obito, do you want to sleep over," Kakashi asks blushing. I stare at him, "are you serious,"I say.
He nod and run home and grab my things. "Obito where are you going you just got home" Grandma says. "Sorry grandma I'm sleeping over at Kakashi's house," I say. "Wow you sure are excited, do you have a crush on him," grandma tease. No I say quickly with a blush as I head out. "Have fun," I hear her say. Once I make it to Kakashi's he has a delicious dinner set out. After we eat, we play shoji and go.  After Kakashi wins five times I give up, so we go to bed. "Kakashi why do you not let anyone see your face," I ask turning towards him.  "It is curse that runs though my clan" he says. "Please can I have a peak," I beg! NO because I don't want you to see me differently,he says almost sad.  "I won't see you you differently," I say.  "Yes you will they all do because of my face," he says crying. "I won't I promise," I say kindly.  "You promise", "I promise," He gives me a smile taking his mask off.
