February 3rd, 2018:
Riggs got called into the captain's office about god knows what, the minute him and Murtaugh entered the station. "What did you do now, Riggs?" Murtaugh asked, sarcasm in his voice. Riggs shrugged. "I usually know what I did. But, for once, I don't know what I did."
"You're screwed then!" Murtaugh said, through a laugh. Riggs rolled his eyes. "I always am!" Riggs let out a small laugh. "You're whole life has screwed you over." Murtaugh stated. And Riggs nodded. "Yeah. Yeah, it has..."
Riggs walked into the captain's office and sat down in the chair in front of the captain's desk. "Why'd you call me in here, captain?" Riggs asked. You could tell he was panicking a bit and extremely nervous by his tone of voice.
"This time, you're not the one in trouble, Martin. Murtaugh's ability to trust anybody ever again is though." The captain replied. Riggs ran a hand through this floppy dirty blonde hair and looked up at captain. "What's that supposed to mean, sir?"
"Did you know that Roger has a twin sister named Destiny Murtaugh that he never knew about?" The captain asked, as he opened a file and showed Riggs hers picture. Riggs shook his head, as he looked at the picture. "I had no idea. How did you find out?" Riggs stated, looking back up at the captain. "She had found out about him. And called us. And told me to tell him about her."
"Then why are telling me about her? When, She clearly asked you to tell him about her?" Riggs replied, stating the obvious. "I'm not his best friend. You are." The captain said.
"You need to tell him. Not me!" Riggs retaliated. "Do you wanna be suspended, Mr. Riggs?! Or do you want Murtaugh and his sister to be reunited?" The captain spat out. Riggs Nodded. "What can I do?" He asked, looking the captain in the eyes. "Track her down. Tell her you're Murtaugh's partner in the law. And arrange for her to meet him. She knows about him."
