*Recap*
I gave each of my friends a high five as I finally unlocked and opened the doors in the hallway. But as the freshman began to make their way towards the auditorium, there was one person's face that I was not expecting to see.
One person's face that made me want to punch myself repeatedly for doing this stupid prank in the first place.
It was the face of that Bubbly girl I had met at McDonald's the other night.

Mascara was running down her cheeks as well as her eyeliner and a little bit of her eye-shadow. From a distance, you would think she had been crying about something.
However, the cause of her to look like how she looked was simply because of the prank. Because of the boys and me. Because of me.
The look on her face when she saw me was one that I will never forget.
Her eyes were burning with fury, her lips twitched into a frown, and her body language gave that "fuck off or I will fuck you up" kind of vibe.
However, she didn't say anything to me, or to any of the boys. Instead, she just inhaled through her nose and out through her mouth before walking away.
Now this was a win-loose situation.
A Win, because she didn't flip me off or yelled at me or did some form of confronting me about what happened.
But a Loose, because now she probably thinks I'm one of those jerky bad-boys that doesn't give a fuck about people's feelings, including hers.
"Come on Haz! We're gonna be late for the first class of the day!" Liam shouted.
I snapped out of my thoughts before following my friends to our first class of the day: History.

"So I want each and every one of you to introduce yourself to the people at your tables! Who knows, you might make some new friends!" Ms. Rubley, the government teacher, instructed.
I turned around to be met with two girls and one guy at my table. They all looked around the same age as me, but they didn't seem like the type to social with people. Not that I'm saying their anti-social or anything.
"Well, I'll guess to be the first one to start this off. M'names Styles, and I've been living in this town ever since I was in diapers," I said, leaning back into my chair when I had finished.
"Um...my name is Felicia, and I have a dog named Micheal back home in Alabama! He's the sweetest dog you will ever meet!" The brunette, now named Felicia, spoke up with a smile on her face.
"M'name is...is Mandy, and I have been a Marching Band Geek for most of my high school and now college life," The Blondie with glasses, now named Mandy, said with a confident tone.
Last, but not least, there was the guy at our table. He had blonde hair in the style of a quiff, wore a varsity jacket from the football team, and he wore a cross necklace mixed with a surfer key chain.
"Saving the best for last huh? Well my name is Cody Simpson, and I am gigantic lover of surfing," another Blonde, now named Simpson, said with a little too cocky smirk before leaning back into his seat.
It's only the first day, and I already don't like a person.

Third period came around and you would have never guessed who was in my Chemistry Class?
Bubbly. (I don't know why I call her that, but I don't know her real name so...)
She sat two seats away from me in the class and let me tell you, I was very happy for that fact that I had a class with her all year!
I need to go and apologize to her, hopefully before class starts or during class when we have some free time.
As the teacher was talking, I couldn't help but take in some of her facial features.
Like how she would hunch her back over her paper when she was writing down the paper that was handed out. Or how she would always raise her hand up to almost every question.
How she would laugh loudly at something, but then laugh even harder when everyone looks at her. How the frames on her glasses make her look more intelligent and very cute and kinda hot.
"Alright, since we have like five minutes left of class, you are all allowed to talk to one another. Just please do not line up at the door," Ms. Tanner, the chemistry teacher, announced before settling down to her own desk.
This was my chance to hopefully fix things with Bubbly.

Maven's POV
I was sitting at my desk in chemistry class, writing down the homework for my classes in my little planner when I felt a tap on my shoulder.Looking over said shoulder, my eyes traveled their way up to Green Eyes' well emerald forest green pupils.
The last person I want to talk to at the moment.
"Hey," he said.
"Hi," I said before going back to writing in my planner.
I heard his footsteps making their way away from my desk, causing me sigh in content and relief. Until I heard his voice again.
"I know we haven't met each other properly, and we also are not stepping on the right foot with one another. So can I start this conversation off by saying that I am sorry for the prank from earlier today?"
I looked to see that he was squatting on his knees, in front of my face. Apologizing. You would think that people like him wouldn't apologize for the pranks they do.
"Well, actually, I don't apologize for the pranks me and my idiots of friends who pull these pranks. But I do apologize to people who I see could become a new friend of mine, if not more," he cheekily smiled.
"I thought you were here to apologize to me for the prank," I finally said.
"I am apologizing, and I want to start off on the right foot, especially with you," he responded with a small smirk. "So, do you accept my apology, Bubbly?"
I pretended to think about his question, before replying to it.
"Nope."
His smirked instantly dropped into a frown, causing me to laugh at his sudden reaction.
"I'm kidding! Okay, I forgive you...,' I trailed off, hoping he would give me his name.
"Harry, Harry Styles. And thank you for your apology...,"
"Maven, Maven Lexington."
