I had no idea what i was gonna wear tonight. That's probably because of the fact that i had like two dresses, which my mom bought me for church, so their not entirely clubbing material. Luckily Thea said she was coming over so we could get ready together.
At 8:30 i heard a subtle knock at my door. Knowing it was Thea i opened it swiftly, she stood there a big smile on her face and had about 4 dresses and a makeup bag in her hands. My best friend might be a litteele bit over the top.
" Thea who are all these dresses for i only need one." I exclaimed, she rolled her eyes and said "well i had to bring options duh." I closed the door and she put the dresses on the couch.
"Well Layla don't just stand there go shower and do your hair it's already 8:35, my friend is gonna be here in a hour." And with that i showered, shaved and flat ironed my hair so it was sleek and straight.
When i was done i saw that Thea was already dressed and her face was made up. Thea looked stunning in her pink body con strapless dress. "You look so nice Thea." "Thanks" she said "but it's time to focus on you" she said while pushing me into a chair and getting her make up products ready.
Twenty minutes later she took a deep breath and said "omg I'm finally done you look so hottt, everyone is going to be gawking at you tonight." I blushed at her nice words and looked at myself in the mirror and if i do say so myself i actually do look nice, Thea did a wonderful job.
After that we went and tried to choose a dress for me which were by the way too short or too tight, but one did catch my eye and it was a small red dress with two slim straps. Thea looked from me to the dress and said "okay so the red body con is the winner !!" I chuckled at her excitement and proceeded to the bathroom to change.
When i was done Thea looked at me and gushed "omg Layla you look soooo hot i can't wait till we get to this new club."
After that we heard a knock on the door, reminding me that Thea's mysterious friend was supposed to bring us the this new high end club.
Thea opened the door and said "hey Dylan" i widen my eyes when i saw it was the same frat boy look alike , from earlier. Dylan replied to Thea while looking at me "hey Thea."
Thea looked between me and Dylan and introduced us to each other not knowing that we already met.
Dylan laughed and said "well i actually met Layla earlier today in the office." Thea nodded her head and got her purse while saying , "well then we should be going in so excited for tonight , it's gonna be so much fun." We all agreed with her.
Before we left i made sure to feed Nellie, grab my purse and my mediocre cell phone.
We reached Dylan's 2018 Honda Civic that I'm really jealous of by the way , and we drove all the way uptown to the club.
The club was extravagant from the outside and it has a line the stretched all the way around it. I rolled my eyes not looking forward to the line in the New York humidity. To my surprise Dylan escorted us all the was to the top of the line said a few words to the security guard and we were magically let in. Almost as if he read my mind, Dylan looked at me and said "my room mate works here." Thea spoke loudly over the loud music and the flashing lights " let's go over to the bar" we all nodded and made our way over to the stretch bar. I took the time to examine the club and i realized how nice it actually looks.
It has three floors and on the third floor I'm pretty sure that's where VIP goes because it looked very exclusive. i turned around to head towards the bar. "I'm not really a drinker guys maybe i should stay sober for the designated driver." Thea looked at me with a bitch really face and said "fuck that shit the more drunk we are the more fun we have." I rolled my eyes and said "whatever maybe I'll just have like two shots." As soon as those words came out my mouth Dylan and Thea cheered and proceeded to ask the tall and cute bartender for a tray of shots.
"I literally said two drinks why do we need a whole tray." I say to Thea with a deadpanned look on my face. Dylan and Thea looks at each other and started laughing. I rolled my eyes i guess what happens in the club stays in the club.
4 shots later I'm pretty tipsy when Dylan says in a whisper/yelling tone of voice "hey let's go dance." And right as i was about to decline with a nice and effective "i can't Dance" my favorite song came on so i jumped up on my two feet wobbly and said "hell yeah !" Dylan flashed me a cute smile and we went to the packed dance floor.
After fifteen minutes of dancing and grinding i grab Dylan's shoulder to catch his attention " hey I'm going to the bathroom." Dylan looks down at me and nods.
I take a sharp turn trying to push myself out of the packed crowd , and i see Thea and some red head dude making out. She looks up at me and winks, i flash her a genuine smile.
On my way to the bathroom i look up at the V.I.P section of the club only too see my gorgeous boss.
What the fuck.
He's starting right at me and he doesn't even care that i caught him because he keeps staring at me.
And it's like this for at least a minute. Me and him starting right at one another. He looks handsome as ever with a fresh expensive suit, that's expected of a billionaire, and a stunning Rolex watch that i can clearly see because he's gripping his drink tightly while leaning on the railing.
I turn around quickly, embarrassed With my self for starting back at him for too long. I feel a blush heating upon my cheeks.
I walk into the surprisingly nice bathroom. I stare at myself in the mirror still shocked on how nice Thea made me look. I do my business then walk out the bathroom swiftly, only to bump into a hard chest.

Heyyyyy guys I'm sooo sorry for taking so long to update but my school just started and this shit is hard af. Lol !
I promise i won't make you guys wait this long again, I'm back on track ! It's almost Friday which means no school, THANK GOD , so I'll be back with more updates !
