Another dreyar?..(fairytail fanfiction)

What mission?

Kimi's pov.

I've been here a week and i think they've gotten use to the fact that I'm a Dreyar.

I'm still cold to them but somehow i don't mind there company as much as before and me and the flame headed boy are on good terms but i still find him irritating, Lucy has been really nice to me especially when she found out I'm her new neighbor, Erza has been cautious around me, i think she stills doubts me but other then that she's really sweet, she even shared her strawberry cheesecake with me which everyone around me found suprising.

Last but not least, the male striper, he kind of reminds me of Natsu but more like a snow raven i guess its his hair, his coldness reminds me of me but he can hold a good conversation with people so thats good.

At the moment I'm just sitting at a table with these people talking about missions, they really got me confused. I guess thats what i get for not informing myself about guilds in the first place.

"ARE YOU LISTENING!! KIMIKO? HELLO? ARE YOU THERE?" Natsu screams waving his hands in front of my face. I mumble a spell and send him flying towards the wall.

"Next time you scream that loud into my ear ill make sure you don't speak again." I swear he is going to die young.

"AHAHAHAHAHA come on Kimiko leave him, you know he isn't going to change let him be" Gray says while putting his arm around me. I look at him and blush a little, he does the same.

"You know you two would make a really cute couple!" Happy, Erza and Lucy say simultaneously.Thanks for making things awkward guys. Gray takes his arm of me and heads to the bar to talk to Mirajane.

"Shut up and what's all the ruckus about missions? What are those?" They stare at me with those anime drops on their heads.

"Missions, they are the reason we're the most popular guild in all the land, we destroy things but get jobs done. People hand out requests to guilds and give rewards and according with our powers we get the job and get paid. Some go solo and some go in groups like us." Erza explains to me on a whiteboard. I just look at her blankly. Did she really have to dress up as a teacher for this. *sigh*

"Oh yeah that's reminds me, Kimiko do you wanna be apart of team Natsu?" Natsu asks as he walks back to his seat next to Lucy. They'd make a cute couple.

"Huh? Umm.. Yeah sure why not."

"Great welcome to the team!--"

I'm not really paying attention anymore. For some reason I'm staring at Gray and Mirajane.. I catch myself drifting to him and pop back to my original posture, stand up while Natsu asks which job we should take and walk out of the guild with no one noticing my absence.

I walk around Magnolia for the seventh time today, and stop by the market to get some food then I go to the park, sit under the biggest tree I find and start reading a book I borrowed from Lucy earlier this week.

About twenty minutes later and about thirty pages in, I feel someone sit beside me.

When I look up I see Gray reading the book in my hand, he looks at me and smiles then returns to the book. I don't know but I like his presence, he doesn't bother me like Natsu or lectures me about things like Erza so he's pretty cool in my book.

A few minutes later I feel something on my thigh. It's Gray's head, he fell asleep at some point. Did it bore him to read next to me? I put the book away and play with his soft hair until my eyes close.
