These are ideas for an oc of mine!! The "tall man" is not named yet as why you can see his name is kept anonymous. This is not proofread and probably has a lot of capitalization, spelling, and grammar errors. Thanks for reading ,,, if you do.
Marco says goodbye to star, heading through the portal. He walks towards to his parents' door, as star watches from the unclosed portal. It slowly starts to disintegrate while star smiles and watches as her husband disappears into the house. Marco greets his family and makes his way to the bathroom— quickly changing into an average , normal outfit as if he never became a king of a new dimension in the first place. He walks out the doors and onto the sidewalk, breathing in the fresh cement from the spring rain. He pulls out his earth phone and dials a number. "Hello?" He calls. A muffled voice answers and he continues the conversation with a lot of 'no's' and 'yeah's'. "I'm right down the street, wait for me." He instructed, hanging up and dropping the phone into his pant pocket as it clinged against house keys. Arriving at the liquor store, a man taller than Marco himself greeted him with a smile and a hug. "Hey!" He yelled excitedly. This put a smile on Marco's box face and he snickered a bit. "What's the plan for today?" Marco asked, curious. The tall man answered, "oh I'd hope we could go visit my aunt! You know how you told me about those cool dimension scissors of yours. My sister and I had heard that you could get there with those. My mom said she left a gift with her." He explained. Marco smiled, "yeah, I have these scissors with me. Where did you want to go? Do you know the name?" He asked again. The man nodded, "it's called Moo-nee or something? I'm not quite sure." Marco stood there, frozen. He was hoping he wasn't referring to the same place he was thinking of. "A-are you talking about Mewni?" He stuttered nervously. The man nodded yet again. Marco quickly tried to make up an excuse. "Ah! You don't want to go there... there's... uh-ummmmm... people are really rude there and the animals are very dangerous!" He explained frantically. The man sighed, "I can do without you if it's that much of a hassle!" He suggested. "NO!" Marco quickly yelled. "I-I mean... I don't want you to get hurt.. because I love you and if I lost you i-i don't know what I would do." He said, half heartedly. The man smiled sadly. "You can come with me if you're that worried" he suggested yet again.Marco pondered. He could either go and risk the fact of him gETTING caught with him whoever recognizes him or he could stay and get exposed by all the queen and king merchandise in the town. He stayed quiet, thinking of the best route despite both being options that could end terribly. "Alright, I'll go with you. But I want to look a little less,,, casual. Maybe look a little different? My house is just down the street. I'll meet you back here, alright?" Marco suggested, jogging off towards his parents house. "I could come with you, you know!" The man called out. No response.
Marco quickly opened a dimension portal and peaked through his room to make sure if everything was safe. Coast was clear. He scavenged through his room and pulled out a cap and an umbrella. He pulled out a giant coat with a puffed up collar and quickly through the outfit on himself. He returned to Earth and saw his bf there, waiting. "I'm ready..." he said, somewhat shy. "Marco it is not that cold outside." He said. "I get cold easily." He responded. "Okay, fine fine fine. Let's go then." The man said. Marco nodded and pulled re dimensional scissors out of his pockets. He snipped away at the air as a portal opened. Mewni was bright, and it's pink sky glistened. "Woah.... so.. so this is mewni?" The man said. "After you," Marco Bowed, allowing his bf to walk through first. Marco followed, closing the portal behind him. The two explored through the shops and the little village surrounding the castle. The man was drawn to the royalty merchandise, and happily scavenged through it. Marco tried his best to hide every piece of his own merchandise that he could. He successfully did so. While walking, Star was seen walking around with toddler Astrid, looking at all the toys and such. Marco freaked out, and suggested the two would go a different way. The tall man said that his aunts house was a different way. He took Marco's hand and started to lead him. Star noticed the two and happily trotted over, Astrid clinging onto her mother's dress and following behind. "Hey Marco!" She called as she excitedly scurried over. She had no idea this would be the last time she would be so excited to say his name and her heart to be happy at the mere sight of him. Marco nervously smiled. "Hello." He said, in a monotone voice. "I thought you were going to see your parents today" star questioned. "Oh, yeah I saw them. But they were going out for the day so I decided I'd just leave them be." He replied. "Ah, I see" star nodded, understanding, "well, who's your friend here?" She asked, smiling. Star put her hand out towards the man. "Hi, I'm Star Butterfly. I'm the queen of Mewni!" She explained. "Hi I'm (his name here)." The man answered. Marco nervously watched their exchanged, practically begging that neither of them called him a loving name. "So, how do you know Marco?" Star asked.
This was it. It was over for Marco.
"Oh, he's my boyfriend. We met at a park back on mY dimension. It's called Earth." He explained. Star froze. Astrid sensed what kind of tension there was and gripped onto star's hand. "His.... what...?" Star stood there, with an empty look. She stared blankly as her pupils fell to the floor and things started becoming fuzzy. "I'm his boyfriend... a-are you alright?" He asked, concerned. "No. He's not your boyfriend!" Star exclaimed. "What do you mean... of course he is..." the man argued, kind of angry. "He's my husband!" She said, picking up Astrid. "And this is our kid!" She angrily argued.
The man looked at Star. "Your.... husband...?" He asked. He stared at the floor and recalibrated everything that had just happened. "He...no...." the two looked at Marco. He had been watching their exchange, with a terrified look on his face. "I can't believe you!" The man said, yelling. "I can expl—" Marco was cut off. "No you can't! Goodbye, and don't bother calling me. You can't fix this." The man marched off, angrily. Marco looked st star, who looked angry as well. "I... I thought you loved me." She said, her voice cracking, and scurried off into the castle. Marco stood there as everything faded to black and he fell to his knees. He held his hand and squeezed his eyes shut. "It's all fault." He told himself.
He wasn't lying.
