Chapter 19

3rd POV

Loki enters the Asgard in chains, escorted by guards.

"Loki" Frigga,  the Queen of Asgard calls out to her son

"Hello Mother. Have I made you proud?" Loki said turning to her

"Please don't make this worse.. " Frigga pleaded

"Define worse?"

"ENOUGH! " Odin,the King of Asgard called there attention.

"I will speak with the prisoner...alone"

And with Frigga left leaving Loki and Odin.

Loki POV

I chuckled as I make my way to the foot of the throne.

'Ahhh.... Its great to be back'

"I really don't see what all the fuss is all about"  I said smiling and jerking my shoulders

"Do you not truly feel the gravity of your crimes? Wherever you go there is war, ruin and death" My all so great Father said

"I went down to Midgard to rule the people of Earth as a Benevolent King." I reasoned

"Just like you.. " I continued looking straight at him.

"We....Are not Gods. We're born,  We live. We die just as humans do" Odin said

"Give or Take 5,000 years"

"All this because Loki desires the throne" Odin taunted

"It is MY Birthright-"I exclaimed

"Your Birthright! What's today as a child....Cast out onto a frozen rock! If I had not taken you in. You would not be here now to hate me" Odin said raising his eyebrows.

I made my way forward  "If I am for the ax, then for mercy's sake, just swing it. It's not that I don't love our little talks, it's just...

I don't love them."

"Frigga is the only reason you're still alive, and you will never see her again. You will spend the rest of your days in the dungeons." Odin taunts as the guards pull me back.

"And what of Thor'?"

"You'll make that witless oaf king while I rot in chains." I said angrily

"Thor must strive to undo the damage you have done. He will bring order to the Nine Realms and then, yes... He will be king."

And with that I was taken to the dungeons..

3rd POV

Into the dungeons>

The clanking of the chains... caught every attention of the prisoners.

Whispering and mocking, Loki ignored them all....but one..

"Well if it isn't the aspiring infamous Benevolent King...How may we serve you... " The Lady in a Blue dress mockingly bowed to him as he enters his cell....not far from the lady.

"Ah... yes... The proud witch whose name known to many and feared by all.... but... one.. her own-" Cut off by the howling laughter of the witch...

"Yes... I may not exist in her world..... but not for long.... " She said triumphantly

"Are you not aware that she hates her parents... That word burns fire within her as it rolled out of her mouth like venom... " Loki said

"I know.... " Volva turned her back and stared into her mirror.

As an image of Zaina flashed on her mirror...

Volva stared at her lovingly.

"But... I hope... she'll see me as someone..." She unconsciously touched the image's cheek

Loki kept silent ...and just stared at the image of Zaina in the mirror..

'I do hope... I get to see you again.. '
