I flutter my eyes coming back into reality. What is happening right now.
" Why did you do that to dad?" I ask. I felt my eyes water up a little.
" I know you have a lot of questions Hazel. I was just so overwhelmed in life." She says.
" Did you not want me?" I felt a tear fall down. She places her hand on my shoulder pulling me closer. I put my head into her chest.
" Of course I wanted you. I just didn't want this life." She tells me. More tears are forming in my eyes.
" I missed you everyday, Mom!" I cried.
" I know honey. I missed you too." She replies.
I can't believe she is alive and is in front of me right now. So many emotions are coming out.
Anger, happiness, sadness, confusion, and more. I hear the screech of a car tire as a black BMW pulls up in front of my mom and I.
" Hazel, I used find my Iphone to locate you since you didn't an-" Hayes explains until he sees Mom lift her face up so he could see.
" Sophie?" He chokes up.
" Hayes." She has a big smile on her face.
" No, i'm dreaming this isn't real. You were
dead. The doctor literally said you were dead." He started to cry. She got up from her chair to hug him but he backed away in disbelief.
" Hayes I know I have a lot to explain but
i'm alive. This is real." She was now crying as well. Hayes grabbed her and pulled her into a hug so tight. His right hand was placed on the back of her head and gripped her soft silky blonde hair, while his right hand was wrapped around her waist.
" Word can't describe how much i've missed your touch Hayes and your smell." Sophie smiled. You could see in both of their eyes the love that they had coming out. My life has never felt more complete.
