Love and Revenge

Chapter 4

the next morning bela gets up and sees that mahir is nowhere to be found. she goes to the washroom to bath not realizing that she had taken the towel instead of saree. as she realises it she wraps the saree around herself and walks out just to collide with mahir and she falls on top of him. they have an eyelock(background song-

). bela tears her gaze away from his and says,"i am so sorry, i took a saree and thought it was towel."

"it's okay. you can change here while i bath."he replies quickly and goes to the washroom after they both get up.

bela thinks,"what is this happening to me.i have come here to avenge my lost love and here i am. calm down bela, now i need to go down and prepare breakfast and think about my revenge". she gets dressed and goes to prepare breakfast with sumi maa and shivangi. 

soon, shivangi, mahir and andy leave for the office and bela meets up with vish in vish's room. "ok so who should we attack next."vish asks

"i think we should kill rehaan next. we can bite him in our snake forms. that way nobody will doubt us and after his death we wait for a few days and then kill the next person"bela says

"yes you are right. they will get suspicious if we kill them in a short span of time"vish replies and they go out and find rehaan outside texting someone when they turn into their snake forms and bite his legs. while rehaan falls on the ground with a scream of pain they go back to their respective rooms and turn back to human form so that nobody has a doubt on them.

bela goes down saying that she heard a scream and sees sumitra,kuhu,rj and vish there. rj is calling an ambulance but rehaan dies before it reaches their home.

bela felt a wave of satisfaction knowing that 3 of the 8 murderers were dead.soon the rest would be too, she thought.

a few days later...

rehaan's funeral is done and it's time for bela and vish to kill their next target,gultu. they make his death appear to be an accident while he was drunk driving.

bela and mahir talked about their relationship and decided to start off as friends and see how their relationship progresses after that. but bela knew that before they could be something more than friends, she would have completed her revenge and be out of his life. she didn't know why, but the thought made her sad. it was like she felt something when she was with mahir that she didn't even feel with vikrant. the butterflies in her stomach whenever he was near her and the way her beat faster everytime when he was close to her, was all new and she was left thinking about it.9

vish however understood what was happening to bela. she knew that her best friend liked mahir. she knew that this would happen sooner or later as bela thought that marriage was a sacred union between two people. she just prayed that bela completed her revenge for vikrant. vikrant was her friend and she knew that he would want bela to be happy and move on.

bela was sitting in their room when sumitra came in."bela beta, you see there is a rasam (ritual) in our family that after the wedding newlyweds have to go to the kuldevi mandir and do a pooja there. pratham and suhaani have already gone there yesterday, so i was thinking if you and mahir would go there today"she said.

"okay maa we will go there today"bela replied and sumtra went downstairs.

later on, mahir came to her and told her,"bela i know that we haven't got much time to know each other, so if you are not comfortable to go to the temple then i will tell maa that i have important conferences today. because i wont do anything that you are not comfortable with."

bela was honestly surprised at how different this man was from his brothers and their friends. they had tried to force themselves on her but here he was not even doing anything that she didn't like. but she was broken out of her stupor as she realised that mahir had already gone outside. she went and grabbed his hand(which made him smile) and he stopped."mahir ji, it's a rasam so we should go."

and so they both get ready to go to the temple....
