Gency: a ninjas angel.

A reawakening

Genji gets up and takes a nice long stretch. He grunts and then Decides he needs to wake up. Every morning he wakes  up and in hopes that his former comrades are okay after the fall of overwatch. Zenyatta was already meditating so genji decided to join in quietly.
Genji: master, I am sorry I am late.
Zen: shut up and sit down ok? (Zen has sass)
Genji: yes, master.

Mercy (Aka Angela Ziegler) woke up after a long rest. She enjoyed the fact she had no longer had to work in overwatch, but she was still sad. She still sticks to her routine though, similar to the one she had before Overwatch fell.

Angela had a long yawn and she stepped on to the hard ground. She went to the bathroom to brush her teeth while her hair looked like a mess of ramen. She put on her clothes and got ready to got to her job. Her new job did not demand as much as Overwatch had. She remembered how fun it was at The overwatch HQ as she was always surrounded by her freinds.

Genji Shimada has finished his meditation and left the temple to get some food. His favorite dish was salmon served with karaage. There weren't many places with cheap food, so he had to go to his favorite place (which is quite far). He came home with his dish and had to protect it from the cold as he only had a heater in the temple which no one had use for. He managed to get home with the dish still hot. His cybernetics could protect him from the cold, however genji could only feel cold if he opened his visor and faced the cold.

Angela arrives at her job but she really only had one problem. Her coworker Simon kept flirting with her. This was nothing new to Angela but Simon had a crush on her. Angela got her food just before she arrived which mainly consists of coffee, salad and a sandwich. Simon normally asks Angela on a date but of course she denied it, however she didn't mind. The routine became second hand to Angela: wake up, brush teeth, get food, go to work, and get out and throw herself on her bed. Angela really never felt anything after overwatch fell. But that doesn't mean she could experience emotions. She just didn't show it.

Genji missed overwatch as he found it fun before all hell broke loose. But it was still fun to him. He befriended his savior Angela Ziegler. It came to a point we're it would be common for them to poke fun at each other and both were having fun every time they were together. Hana would always teased them and called them a couple and Hana secretly shipped them two calling it "Gency" after all, they do make a good couple

Genji would hang out with Angela but she was always with lots of work. Angela took time off just to talk with Genji as Angela had a small crush on him. For valentines they had a joke where Angela would get Swiss chocolates for Genji and in return Genji would have to give Angela regular chocolates. This became a thing when Angela described really expensive (Swiss) chocolates whilst Genji picked up a dark chocolate bar from the nearest store. When they met up Angela described the Swiss chocolates and after Angela was done Genji said: that makes my chocolate look like a cheap deal as they both laughed.

Genji and Angela had kept touch since HQ fell and had sent many letters. Angela was confused why they used such primitive modes of contact but the temple Genji stayed in did not have WiFi. They were planning to meet in Sweden so both of them have something to look forward to. This made both Genji and Angela genuinely happy. A few hours before the flight Genji and Angela were so excited to meet.

When They finally met up both of them gave each other big hugs. Some people thought that Genji was an omnic and people gave him disgusting looks, However Genji just shrugged it off. They really didn't have anything planned to do when they met up but that just made things better as they could do whatever they want. Genji got them both a hotel room and then something weird happened. The overwatch emergency line rang which had not happened in a very long time.

It showed the recall of overwatch and after the clip ended it had a two boxes each displaying Yes or No.

Yes. They both said in unison.
