chapter 2: arrival

Antonio had woken up laying on his back in the snow in a forest as he stood up and looked around

Antonio: i dont recognize this forest, i should be cautious like god told me

He said to himself as he put on his helmet and took his shield off his back and held it by the handles with his left hand, he began walking while looking around until he heard a twig snap in a branch as he snapped his attention towards the bush as he heard something growl as red eyes appeared and a Beowolf jumped at hik from the bush as he raised his shield as the beowolf smashed into it without damaging the shield as Antonio knocked the beowolf back with his shield amd unsheathed his sword

Beowolf: *roar*

It charged at Antonio as antonio took the war positikn and put his shield in front of him as he waited, the beowolf colided with his shield as it tried to push him back as Antonio pushed him back and spun around and slashed the beowolf across the neck as he stoped mid spiral with his head lowered as the beowolf slowly fell back and disintigrated as Antonio sheathed his sword

Antonio: filthy demon spawn

He saod as he looked in the direction of where he saw what seemed to be like a city

Antonio: maybe i can ask someone for directions

He said as he began to make his way to the town known as vale.

Antonios pov

After a bit of walking i had made it to the city known as vale as i was confused by all theses thing i had never seen befor, i stoped walking and looked at this sign that had light up words on it that said 'open' on it

Antonio: are these leters enchanted?

I then looked up and saw the name of the store that said 'dawn to dust', it was dark out already as i looked at the shattered moon

Antonio: .....this truly is a different world...

A man came flying through the winfow of the store as a girl jumped out of the building and into the street as i looked at her until i saw the tjing she was holding teamsform into a scythe as my eyes widened under my helmet

Roman: ok...get her

Men came running out of the store and surrounded her as two of them went to attack her as she blocked their attacks and slashed one man and sent him flying as she jit the other man knocking him out as he flew back

Antonio: *she fights well, i need to help her*

Another man went to attack her from behind but his sword was stoped by my shield

Antonio: now sir that is no way to treat a lady

I said as he looked at me confused until my shield hit him in the face knocking him out as the girl looked at me

Ruby: thanks

She said as i looked at her

Antonio: your welcome

I noticed the silver cross on her belt

Antonio: ......

Another man charged at me and swung his sword from above as i held my shield up and blocked his sword as i swung my sword under my shield slashing him across the chest as i spun around after slashing him as another guy thrusted his sword forward trying to stab me but i pushed his sword in the other direction with my shield and stabbed him as i pulled my sword out and and blocked another guys sword as i slashed him, after i fi ished that guy i did a half spin and slammed my shield into another guy as he fell back unconscious as i looked at the man known as roman as ruby stood at my side
