I'm so excited to finally start this series!

Lucy Dragneel was not new to surprises. Her best friend returning her feelings years ago had beena surprise. When he proposed she actually fainted from surprise, and then they were both surprised when she found out she was pregnant.

If you think she was surprised then, you should've seen how surprised the Fairy Tail guild was when they found out Natsu and Lucy were married and expecting a child. Apparently the two guild members had forgot to inform anyone they were dating or even engaged- and then they had gotten married while out on a two-month job request.

So you could say Lucy being the wife of Natsu Dragneel and expecting his child...was a surprise to everyone. And that had been well over a few years ago.

However, at this current moment Lucy Dragneel was once again very surprised.

What was supposed to be a fun dinner between the Dragneel family and the Fullbuster family, had quickly headed to a different direction- or at least Lucy and Juvia could see it heading there after what they witnessed.

Natsu and Gray- Juvia's husband and father of her child, had gone to grab the food from the grill outside (that Natsu had most likely burnt and Gray had most likely frozen). While the men had gone outside, Natsu's daughter and Gray's son had kissed- just on the cheek- but kissed none the less. Right as their father's walked back in the house.

And now...the two families' get-together was a full on fist-fight between the fathers, while Lucy and Juvia sweatdropped at them from the table- their children now sitting at the table and watching their fathers as well.

''Dad, why are you fighting Uncle Natsu?" Storm Fullbuster questioned his father. He had his father's hair and magic, but his mother's eyes and face. It made sense that he was also a momma's boy as well.

''You wanna go too you little pip-squeak?!'' Natsu shouted, his eyes on fire as Gray tackled him- but that didn't stop the angry dragon slayer from yelling at the boy for kissing his daughter. ''You gave my daughter cooties!"

''Your daughter gave my son cooties!'' Gray shouted back.

''Mama,'' Lucy's daughter, Nashi, whispered to her, ''Are cooties real?" Lucy looked at her daughter, she had Natsu's magic and pink hair- but Lucy's brown eyes and smile.

Before Lucy could reply though, Natsu answered their daughters question for her-''Of course they are Nashi! Anytime you kiss someone you get cooties!''

''You gave Mama cooties!!'' Nashi burst into tears, ''Mama are you sick? I'll keep daddy away from you!''

Lucy sweatdropped as both Storm and Nashi ran to their mothers and hugged them protectively- not letting their fathers come near at all. 

It got Natsu and Gray to back-track quickly, but it was too late...the children wouldn't let their mothers have the deadly cooties.

''This is why we don't invite the Dragneels over Juvia!'' Gray huffed as he tried to pry his son off his wife- and failing miserably, ''Every time half the house ends up destroyed!''

Lucy huffed at him, ''Gray this is the only get-together that we've had at your house. It's always been at 'the Dragneels' and I have to clean it up!"

''C'mon Nashi, Mama's not gonna get sick from daddy!" Natsu tried.

Happy, Natsu's exceed, attached himself to Lucy as well, ''No cooties will get to Lushie!''

The dinner between the two families ended with the fathers on the opposite side of the table from their families- because their children wouldn't risk their mother's getting sick from them.

The Dragneels certainly made things interesting, and that was just with their four year old daughter! Lucy was sure things would get even more interesting once she informed Natsu that she was once again- surprise- pregnant.
