*Y/N's POV*

Only a day has passed in this world. I've adapted a little and made some new friends. They still think I'm human so my cover hasn't been blown.

But to be ready for a fight with a devil at any time I have to train. I brought my sword to the school's rooftop. I wasn't spotted since I flew up here.

"Your grace. Explain why we are up here again, " I ask.

"You may be an elite fighter child. But you still have much to learn, such as your inner power." He spoke.

"Inner power? Like an element of some sort?" I questioned.

"As a guardian, you must know your body, mind, and weapon. Each of the things will help tremendously." He explained.

"Well, what do we start with?" I questioned.

"Weapon. Unsheath your sword, " He ordered.

I take the sword out of the holster and grasp the handle with one hand. The ringing of the metal chimes through my ears.

"Imagine the enemy, their sword connecting with yours. Who attacks first? You or them?" He quizzed.

"I do, " I answered.

I slashed my sword upwards pretending to make the enemy vulnerable and open to strike. I then thrust my sword forward signifying that I have won.

"Well done, now on with next example..." I hear him chuckle.

*Hours later*

"Ding Dong!" the doorbell chimed.

I quickly wrapped a towel around my neck to dry my hair. I took a shower as soon as I got home.
I open the door to reveal Nozomi and a blonde woman holding her by the waist.

"Hello, Y/N-chan!" She greeted happily.

"Good evening, Nozomi-san, " I reply.

"This is my wife. Ayase, Eli, " She introduced.

"Pleasure to meet you, " Eli smiled and reached to shake my hand.

"Likewise Eli-san, " I smiled and shook her hand.

"Please come inside, " I waved in

*Minutes later*

"We just came to welcome you with dinner that I prepared," Nozomi said.

"Well, thank you. I could use something fresh other than pizza, " I joked.

"Trust me, her cooking is way better than just pizza, " Eli complimented.

We start eating. Eli was right this is better than pizza, it tastes like heaven in my mouth.

As we are eating we strike up conversations about where I'm from and what I like about here. Then they share about how they met and what they do for a living.

"School idols huh? Funny, my school has a group as well." I said.

"Really?" Nozomi looked at me in surprise.

"Yeah. They're pretty good, great even." I said.

Nozomi looked at Eli, they both smiled happily.

"That's great to hear. All that work paid off." Eli smiled.

"Glad you guys made this idol thing a reality. People seem to really enjoy it." I giggled.

*Two days later*

"So how are you enjoying your days here?" Dia asked while stretching her arms.

"It's great so far a better view than where I've been." I joked.
