Eli's POV:

It's been a week since I bought him from the auction house.

When I went to his room I saw the door open. I freaked out wishing he was still in there as I got in , but when I went in , I felt my heart stop, (author's note "not that it was beating in the first place ;D") as I saw that he wasn't there.

"He isn't in here , where did he go , why did he leave?" I questioned myself as I fought the urge to run outside and find him, there was still a small chance that he is still in here.

But soon as I searched my house I realized that he wasn't anywhere to be found, at least not inside the house, without wasting any more time , I run out of the house and into the woods.

At times like this I am happy I live in an isolated house far away from anyone and anything.

Even if he went by foot he would need at least 4 days to find the road and at least one week to go to the nearest town.

"I can't lose him now , I don't even know his name yet, god damit." I though as I run full speed into the woods.

As I run , I saw him running with a smile on his face , he looked so pretty , even if he wasn't my mate I am pretty sure that , I would still have fallen for him.

But as soon as he noticed my presence his smiled faded and he started running even faster than he was , that's when I said , well , more like yelled.

"COME BACK HEYYY , DON'T LEAVE ,WAIT!!"

I was so afraid he hated me and that's why he run away from me , but then again he didn't even know me.

That's when he yelled back "OH HELL NAAH" I was sure he hated me now. But I couldn't give up on him, not yet , at least not until I learned his name.

My heart aches just by thinking he would reject me and my body is giving up on me , I guess that's as far as I can go.

If he doesn't want me then that's that , but the thing is , that , he is the only reason why I am still holding on.

Why I didn't kill myself just yet. "Does he not sence my wolf , can he not tell I am his mate , his other half , did something happen to his wolf ???" I started thinking as I felt my body giving up on me.

That's when I fell.

My eyes started watering at the thought of not being able to catch him .

But what happened next shoked me.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing, he stopped with a small smile on his face and started walking towards me.

"Did he realize I am his mate?" That's the only thought I could master as I saw no other reason to justify why he stopped.

He approached me carefully and then reached out a hand to me.

"You ok there ?" He said.

"Y-yeah..." I said as I grabbed his hand feeling a weird kind of jolt from his touch.

Then I pulled him down to me hugging him as if my life was depending on it, afraid that I would lose him again.

"Haha... I caught you." I wispered in his ear, only to earn myself a threatening growl.

"So, what now mister ?" He asked and you could clearly hear the fear and anger in his voice.

"The name is Eli, and first we'll go back to the house , then you'll go shower cause , well , look at you" I said as I let him go and pointed at his dirty feet and his messes up hair.

"After you finish I'll give you a tour of the house , and after that you can go to the kitchen and cook yourself something to eat, after you finish and get some rest I'll come to you , since we have a lot to talk about."I said to him as we were walking back to my house.

"First , I do NOT cook , second I already gave myself a small tour when I was trying to get out, third why the fuck am I alive or not half deaten to death yet , I did try to run away didn't I." He said while frowning his eyebrows.

"Omg how can he be cute and sexy at the same time" I thought as I looked at him in a hurry since he was not slowing down his pace.

He looked my way waiting for an answer that I soon gave."I would never hurt you , after all you are my m-." I cut myself but short after I continued.

"Ahaaam ,as I was saying I would never , ever hurt you , even if my life was at risk, and I can guarantee you that , as long as you are with me , no harm will come your way , I won't allow it , after all you are mine and no one touches my stuff." I said.

"And don't worry about food , I think my friend Evan can cook." I said as I scratched my head.

He raised his eyebrow and said."Don't you like , have a bounce of stuff and slaves in that huge ass house?"

"Naahhhh ..." I said and took a deep breath."I prefer to be alone."I finished.

He looked at me with a weird expresion that I couldn't read.

And then he asked."Then why did you buy me?"

Well fuck , that wasn't a question I was expecting."That's because, wait, let me ask you something before I answer you."

I stopped walking and then looked at him. "Did something happen to your wolf, cause for you to not know the answer to your question means that you haven't talked you your wolf in a long time , if you knew you would not have run away like that."

I said as I saw his expresion change and his eyes opening so wide that I thought they would pop out.

"How did you know?"he asked with a voice so low that if I was a human I wouldn't have heared him. I didn't say anything as I waited for his answer, that soon came.

"He pissed me of so I locked him away."His answer made my wolf howl in pain in my head and that made me let out a wimper that thankfully he did not hear.

"Well then , I can't tell you know can I." I said with a smug expression.
