Chapter 19 : Mark Owen

Mark Owen or the mob character that tried to rape Nikita together with his friends at St Columbia College, Perth, Australia was in his room. He was sitting down in St Columbia College, Perth in his room breathing heavily after just having masturbated to Nikita's the Sound Australia video of him singing Gloria Gaynor's I will survive. These last few days Mark or better known as Mark Owen could only think of Nikita and wonder if he could get closer to Nikita Ong. Mark Owen, the son of Zack Owen the billionaire IT entrepreneur. Mark Owen's father Zack Owen was a Nymph that was kicked out of his rich household when he married a normal human female that had cosmetic surgery done to improve her looks. The result of that marriage was Mark Owen. Mark's mother died while giving birth to him. Because of that Zack Owen spent all his time and effort to build up his IT company and made billions of dollars once the company was listed. Zack Owen and his son Mark Owen was accepted back into Zack's Nymph family but his status was lowered. Luckily for Mark Owen he was not born as a normal human, he had 5% Nymph blood which was low because his mother was a human, if not Mark would not have been accepted back by his rich family.

Mark Owen's life was not pleasant, when he was at his grandfathers house, he was looked down upon. Even his father Zack Owen with his few billions was looked down upon when the family has amassed trillions of dollars worth of wealth. Of course they were still poor when compared to Edward Ong Kian Ming's family which had accumulated through three generations of his family 100 times their wealth. To them a billion was not something to shout about in Mark Owen's family, to be exact, that wealth was a drop in the ocean. Zack Owen's compulsion to marry a normal human had shamed Mark Owen's grandparents and as punishment, Zack Owen and his son Mark Owen was placed in the second house downgraded from the first house of the family. Their privileges and status was reduced. And they were looked down upon by the Owen's first house family members.

Mark Owen spent most of his time in the second house when he was young and was even disrespected by the members of the second house by coming from the first house. Mark Owen's first love was his beautiful cousin, a girl named Jess, who was two years younger than him. His cousin Jess had 7% Nymph blood and was considered as the future of the second house, maybe even the first house. The more Nymph blood a person had the higher status they had. The whole idea of these families were to produce high amount of Nymph blood heirs so they can be wedded to the council of ten main house's family. Once they were wedded to them, they would get wealth, knowledge and technology that was far advanced compared to humans wealth, knowledge and technology on Urth.

The reason why the council of ten had such resources to provide wealth, knowledge and technology was because of the space gods hidden in the cave in France. The space gods were the ones that was sleeping and manipulating the world of Urth and providing those with higher levels of Nymph blood with wealth, knowledge and technology. Even though these space gods were sleeping, in actual fact they were not, their consciousness enveloped Urth and they used it to manipulate events on Urth to get the outcome they wanted. Zack Owen's blatant disregard for the space gods laws that only Nymph can marry Nymph had made the space gods angry and that caused the loss of several billions of dollars in the Owen's family bank account whether it was due to failure in business or an unforeseen event.

As for Nikita's family, producing Nikita which then had 15% Nymph blood, which was the highest on Urth resulted in the rapid rise in status and wealth of Edward Ong's family. You could say the space gods were the real gods of Urth and they manipulated humanity for their benefit.

With Jess's high amount of Nymph blood, she was frequently allowed to visit her grandparents and were treated better than any second house family member. As for Zack Owen's father who had 7% Nymph blood he was stuck in the second house restless at the thought of his own future. Basically Zack Owen was not a good father or son, he did what he wanted without bothering about the circumstances. Zack Owen remarried again and this time it was with a girl who had Nymph blood of 3%. That was the best he could do since he was demoted to the second house. As for Zack's brother who had 5% Nymph blood who married his wife with 5% Nymph blood, they had produced Jess who had 7% Nymph blood.

Now Jess with her high status and high Nymph blood was a kind and gentle soul. She was nice to everyone, even to Mark Owen. Due to that the love Mark Owen had for Jess continued to grow, not knowing that Jess thought very little of Mark Owen. Mark Owen had always spent his time giving precious things that was given to him to Jess for her benefit. He even gave up his own birthday gift from his grandparents to Jess. However Jess being treated well by everyone did not notice the love coming from Mark Owen.

When Mark Owen and Jess Owen grew up, Jess was suppose to be married off to another male Nymph. Mark Owen then was twenty years old and Jess Owen was eighteen years old. Mark Owen tried to convince Jess to run away with him. After all he loved Jess and thought that Jess loved him. The result was Jess Owen betrayed Mark by not showing up at their agreed rendezvous point and told her grandparents where Mark Owen was. Mark Owen's heart broke on that day. He loved Jess, truly and deeply. Mark never thought that Jess would betray him. And his act of trying to block Jess's marriage to another male Nymph would get him sent to the University of Western Australia, Perth. That would be his new prison. The place he would study for three years before he was allowed to come back to the Owen's second house.

It was there that Mark Owen became twisted and angry. Mark would form a gang of rebellious and angry group of males that would target young freshmen to torment and molest. Some of the group members even did more than that by raping the male victims when they were drunk. These group became infamous in St Columbia College in Perth, Australia. In a way, Mark was trying to get back at the male Nymph that was suppose to marry Jess. Little did he know he would meet Nikita Ong and instantly felt a strong attraction to Nikita. When Nikita was kidnapped Mark Owen was horrified. When Nikita was found safe and sound, Mark Owen could not deny his feelings anymore when he saw Nikita again. Mark felt that he had to take Nikita's virginity to make sure no one would take Nikita away from him. That's why he and his friends had tried to rape Nikita on that day in St Columbia College.

However things began to change at the day of the Boy Love Cafe when Mark joined in. Mark had a chance to molest and kiss Nikita deeply. Mark's heart began to change after that, from wanting to possess Nikita to wanting to protect him and love him gently. This feeling he had only felt for Jess was now transferred to Nikita Ong. Mark Owen knew that he loved Nikita deeply and wanted to start a relationship with him. Mark knew he would do anything to be with Nikita. Mark knew he loved Nikita more than Jess, Jess was like a puppy love but Nikita was a true deep love which he could not live without.
